Please go somewhere else because all they do is lie and take people's hard earned money. How do get approved for a vehicle have it for 2wks and all of sudden it couldn't be financed you have to bring it ba take people's hard earned money. How do get approved for a vehicle have it for 2wks and all of sudden it couldn't be financed you have to bring it back and we have other choices, took vehicle back this will just be a loaner drive for 3months and we will put you in a 2023 Pathfinder (a lie). Call back in 4months oh no you got to keep the car for 8 to 9 months. But you said I'm a man of my word(General Manager Mr Chavez). Now I'm stuck with a payment and a vehicle that I never wanted and too small for me and my family. No one will ever return your phone calls or they are always in meetings. I went in to purchase a brand new vehicle. Tyler Rodriguez and Jessica Willson were both very professional via email and phone. At the dealership, Mike Chavez, while courteous, was not very professional; he was all over the place during our discussion. However, during negotiation, Mike disappeared and used car manager Admir Mujezinovic appeared (without any greeting or giving his name - I had to get his name from another employee). Admir proceeded to be very rude and unprofessional regarding my TrueCar discounted price (which is their own discounted price through the TrueCar platform) and my trade-in's value (he also spoke negatively of competitors like Coggin Nissan, etc). He truly lives up to the "sleazy" description of car dealer salesmen we often hear about. I left there very quickly vowing never to set foot in there again. I always thought of Greenway Nissan as one of the better dealers but I was wrong. I have received better customer service from a fast food restaurant like McDonalds which speaks a lot. I will not recommend this dealer to any friends or family. Stay clear away, friends. More
