This dealership is a scam. They sales cars that’s not worth it and have you paying so much for the cars. Communication is very important. I wasn't updated on changes to the status of my vehicle's completion time. I was sent a text message saying that I could communicate with someone fro I wasn't updated on changes to the status of my vehicle's completion time. I was sent a text message saying that I could communicate with someone from the dealership by sending a text. I sent a text and didn't receive a response. My car took an additional hour to be serviced, which would've been fine if I was notified that this would be the case. Lastly, I called to let them know that I needed my truck soon so that I can pick up my kids from school. I was told that I had to wait for a particular service worker to call me back instead of someone assisting me at that time. I didn't receive a call within 30 minutes so I called back. The lady I spoke with was dismissive. Overall, there needs to be additional customer service training offered with a focus on communication. I don't plan to return to this location. I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to the dealership I purchased my vehicle at. Good luck. More
