Was not told prices when dropped off car- they had my car for over a week and did not contact me. I bought my brand new vehicle from here and it’s been over a year and this car has been giving me problems and they don’t seem to care anything about it. First, let me begin by saying that my sales person, Troy was amazing! He stopped at nothing to reach my payment goals, and his professionalism was amazing. Now, for the worst experience ever in my history of car buying. I purchased on August 1 2023 met with finance manager, Glen Reid who completed all paperwork for the sale. Around mid September I called back in because of no title or registration paperwork arrived to me yet. Glen told me that he had completed his part and that I needed to talk to Nissan Motor Corporation which I had already done. He explained that he had 20 years in the business and knew what he was doing. Well here we are now in October and still no title or registration information. We'll, guess what?? Glen, who knew what he was doing!! Did not send out my title information until October 2. So I am now in danger of my finance company raising my car payment until this is all rectified, to which Glen, who knows what he's doing replied, "if they do raise the payment, it will go back down after all of this is settled " I have never been so mistreated by a company in my life. General manager does not return calls, and once your purchase is complete Nissan Greenway, cassat ave. Could care less about you. Find somewhere else for car purchasing needs please. More
