Poor experience with new service advisor, But I'm editing my original review. I had originally posted comments related to my less than stellar experience with a new service advisor. Less than I'm editing my original review. I had originally posted comments related to my less than stellar experience with a new service advisor. Less than 6 hours later, the service manager called me and wanted to talk through where we had gone wrong and how the situation could be improved. A proactive response like that can go a long way toward improving a situation where the customer feels like they don't have a voice or they had an otherwise disappointing experience. I'm realistic enough to realize that no organization is perfect and every interaction can't be ideal, but reaching out to your customer as soon as you're aware of a problem says a lot about the organization as a whole. I'll continue to use Davis-Moore as my service provider and look to them when it's time for my next Jeep. More

Pleasant Tyree was very personable and knowledgeable about features on the cars we looked at. Tyree also arranged for vehicles from other Davis Moore lots to be transported over so he could show those options as well. Once I decided what I wanted, everything was very smooth—I was offered fair value for my trade in and everything in the business office was quick and easy.
