Compassion for travelers Arrived at Davis-Moore one hour before closing, after 9 hours on the road from New Mexico, going home to Minnesota. The font suspension was bouncing, shaking,and pulling to the right. Getting worse through the day. Mike, the service writer, said he would squeak it in the next day and get it looked at. He got us a rental to get to our hotel. The next day he got it in before noon, it was a separated Steel belting on a tire. I knew the back tires were old so I bought 4 new tires with a deal dodge had going on that day. He was gone when we came in that afternoon to get the van so I just want to say "Thanks Mike". It was a relief it was only tires and to get it done so quickly. More
