I went in to get my key fob programmed. I own a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also decided to get an oil change. Upon returning home, I live 60 miles from this dealership. I discovered my front license plate was cracked and the fact that the mud was still in place (which I knew leaving the dealership)really irritated me. I drive 120 miles per day.
