I had been looking into the market to buy a new Dodge Grand Caravan, any style of course, as I have 5 kids and 2 with special needs. Aaron Mursch went out of his way to show me the very van I had chosen from the online page, I even showed it to him. He was worried that it had been sold and the page online was not updated yet, but upon looking a second time, he found the right keys. He explained - IN DETAIL - all the features, and I had asked him about certain ones and he explained all that and more. Then he proceeded to tell me the one I had chosen was fully loaded, minus 1 or 2 things of course, but that was not a huge deal to me. He then took me inside along with my sister, and proceeded to discuss with me purchase options and promptly made sure someone from finance would be with me soon. He had assured me finance would run my credit to see what I would qualify for, or if I needed to pay cash. The finance person only too my small deposit and told me to bring in what I would consider a reasonable down payment on the van. It wasn't until I had brought in that cashier's check that he ran my credit, only to find I was not eligible for any financing (this was not a shock to me). So, I had to go back to my financial advisor (I was using inheritance to purchase this van outright), and request the remaining amount, which I wanted to pay it outright in the first place, but financing seemed like a good option so I could build my credit. The dealership allowed me to drive the van with out the full upfront payment, and my check was going to be a few days later than originally planned. Aaron apologized and said that he wished that I could keep it until the check came in, but alas I took it back and it went into the garage. That was fine, and within two days I had my check and went up there to take deliver of my van. I was so unhappy about the way the financing was handled, Aaron understood and told me he would get a manager and allow me to discuss that issue with them. I had done just that, and afterward, Aaron went out of his way and washed the outside of the van again (even though he didn't have to do this), and delivered the van. He even went the extra mile and helped my husband and I transfer our personal belongings from our old van to the new one. He even had to remind me twice about my seat belt adjuster. I can say if I have to go get another GM vehicle, I will DEFINITELY go through Aaron again. I was highly pleased with his professionalism, and manners. He is very polite and straight upfront with you. He does all he can to make the customer happy, even calling to follow up with you, but doesn't talk like a salesman on the phone. He is not pushy about the buy, but he also allows you to call or text his cell phone if you need anything else. I am hard of hearing so that made a HUGE difference. I can't stress it enough, Aaron is awesome and very friendly!!! More

Nathan is the most patient and understanding car salesman I have ever worked with. He is not pushy and is an amazing listener. He makes you feel very important to him. My husband has never been a fan of Chryslers and it was going to have to take someone like Nathan to be able to answer all his questions so that he would feel comfortable buying one. Nathan wanted to make sure every question was answered. He researched all of my husbands questions and got back to us at amazing speed. He was very patient working with my husband (who would only buy Mercedes before then). Nathan is an amazing salesman and a huge asset to the Davis-Moore auto group. If it weren't for Nathan, I would not be driving my Town and Country today. More

I called Davis-Moore to ask about pricing on a 2013 RAM 1500 and also to see if they could give me some idea on trade- in value of the 2008 Dodge Ram I was currently driving. By chance, I got a hold of Nathan Bailey and now I am very glad it worked out that way. Nathan seemed to be quite knowledgeable so we set up a time for me to meet with him. When I got to Wichita he had several trucks waiting for me to look at and test drive, and also told of some new arrivals that the shop were still going over. Turns out I liked one of the new arrivals and he got the shop to get it out ASAP. Nathan has an excellent personality for a dealing with customers, can answer all questions, and doesn't make you feel pressured in any way. I feel I got decent trade in value and also a fair price on the new one. I plan on this new truck lasting me a long time, but when I do decide to trade again, Nathan and Davis-Moore will be my first choice of dealerships. IC Collins is a very knowledgeable Finance Manager who also happens to be a very nice guy to deal with. He presented me more than several options for financing the new 2013 RAM 1500 I wanted and showed a lot of patience as I asked a lot of questions. He is very professional in his dealings while not trying to apply pressure on you either. I am sure he is an valuable asset to the Davis-Moore team. More
When i Stepped on the Lot i was greeted by Kyle Pike. He was he was friendly. When test driving the a car i quizzed him on features. At first he came off as a little pushy but he was only trying to give me a Deal i was comfortable with. I went on one last drive as i was hearing a bad wind noise with the car. The salesman mentioned that it could be just the wind. It was windy that day so i figured he was right. I finally decided to talk to Fernando in Finance and settled on the car. A few days later i still had that noise. While trying to fix the problem the weather heated up and the problem became intermittent. The VP of the company Sean and Devin the new sales manager of the lot even got involved. One time getting me a nice rental to use while the car was at the shop. Finally we ran out of ideas to fix it. There were some things listed on the car that were not present. With the problem and all this Sean and Devin suggested that we just trade out of the car. This is when i met another salesman Kyle Barry. Kyle drove me around the lots pretty much all afternoon and was very patient and knowledgeable. I finally settled on a car. It was a standard which i haven't driven in years. We went out to an empty lot and i got to get a feel for the car and some pointers on driving it. The car i picked was more expensive so i am paying but they gave me as good of a deal as they could manage. In the end Davis-Moore showed patients and Integrity. While it did take a while to get to a solution they did not drop the ball. More
