This was our first experience to visit a Davis Moore car dealership. Nathan answered every question we had. I inquired about several trucks and Nathan was very courteous and helpful without pressuring us. The staff at Davis-Moore Fiat of Wichita is exceptional. The sales person I worked with was Aaron, he was very professional, courteous, knowledgable about the vehicles, and created a great sales atmosphere. Aaron listened for what I was looking for in a car and wasn't pressuring me into a car that I didn't want, he found exactly what I was looking for at a price that couldn't be beat. Aaron then started the paper work on the vehicle submiting it to the finance manager Satya, who worked all day to get me approved for the vehicle I was purchasing. When I returned to the dealership to finish the financing, Satya walked me through the finance process explaining every item as we went along. He recommended several warranty options as well as the benefits of Gap coverage and walk-away coverage. I wasn't pressured into any additional options that I didn't want and he worked out the best options I could fit into a payment that I could afford. When we finished the paperwork and I finally had the keys to my vehicle I knew that the staff at Davis-Moore Fiat had done everything they possibly could have done to get me the best deal on the vehicle I had purchased. Being a manager for a big box retailer focused on customer service I highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership the staff will do everything they can to creat the best sales environment and customer service atmosphere possible. The quality of service we received throughout our entire experience with Nathan Bailey and Davis Moore was nothing less than Excellent! If he couldn't, he was more than willing to find out for us and was very prompt in doing so. We never once felt pressured in any way while working with Nathan. In fact, we put more pressure on him to find the exact Jeep we wanted, which he was more than willing to do. For last 13 years, since we were married, we have bought and leased our last 5 vehicles from the same dealer/salesman that my parents and grandparents bought from back in our much smaller home town. We always felt that would be easier than dealing with other 'high pressure' salesmen so we were leery to go anywhere else for our new vehicle.
