When I called to see if my car was ready, I was told yes but wasn't told that all repairs were not completed. My mother will be 90 yrs old soon and it is just as important to me that she can get into my car w/o falling as the other repairs that I had done! More
They will cheat you every single time they get a chance I just purchased a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December of 2014. I got the biggest run around when trying to negotiate the deal. I then get into the finance department and they complicate everything so much. They try to wiggle out of EVERY single thing AFTER the deal is done. I honestly regret even walking into their door. I thought having a business relationship (purchased 5 vehicles from Parks) with the sales rep and sales manager would make my experience better, no so much. Now that I had the vehicle I'm finding things wrong. I go to them for help in resolving these problems and Terrance in Service told me his manager wasn't there that I was out of luck they were not doing anything to help me. What GREAT (NOT) customer service. He actually told me to quit talking to him. When I asked why it was because he wasn't going to do anything further, so I should save my breath. I've NEVER been talked to that way before. They charge the most of any dealerships I've seen today. I even priced around on a few services and when I asked if they price match another FACTORY dealership for the SAME service they laughed at me and told me no. When I asked for a manager they refused to let me talk to anyone. I had to take to Facebook before they would even try to talk to me. I just had an issue with my new tires. I called them and they were nice and told me to come in. I dropped by as instructed to get told that I didn't have their super awesome tire warranty (that they never offered me). When I questioned it because this warranty is 80% of the cost of a new tire, they told me that they can prove that they told me because all the financing deals are recorded both audio and video (which they also failed to disclose). They kept throwing this into my face, but yet they never tried to SOLVE my problem. I asked if I could buy the warranty that was 299 for the tire warranty and not 5,000 for the every scratch and dent warranty. They advised me they would sell me as much as possible but I wouldn't be able to help me today. I said what is it for and was told that I should have learned my lesson for not buying the super expensive warranty. What dealership does this?! Long story short save your blood pressure and stress and go ANYWHERE else. More

He will work for you and is not pushy. I consider him a friend now. Jordan Bishop is the sales manager I have dealt with on both vehicles. I feel that Jordan wants My business and his knowledge and professionalism has gained my trust for all future car purchases. Excellent experience! We came to Davis Moore after a lousy experience at Eddy's Dodge. When we arrived we met with Carl (Master Sales Consultant) and Jordan (Sales Mgr.). We came to Davis Moore after a lousy experience at Eddy's Dodge. When we arrived we met with Carl (Master Sales Consultant) and Jordan (Sales Mgr.). We knew exactly what we wanted, so I told them and we got right to business. While they didn't have exactly what we wanted, they went right to work searching out possibilities. Unlike Eddy's they didn't make promises, but were very up front about the lack of exact matches in the region, but said they'd keep looking. They kept me well informed and showed me some possibles, but we chose to pass. It was during this search that, for the first time ever while buying a car, I heard these words said to me: "I understand and appreciate what you want, so that's what we'll get for you." As the purchaser, it was incredible to hear that. Usually you're pushed into something else one way or another when they can't find what you want. Very refreshing! Long story short, after all was said and done, we drove home in our new Durango. The entire experience was professional and low pressure. Carl and Jordan both took great care of us, and Jordan's initial price on the deal was SO much better than Eddy's. I didn't even care to haggle; I was happy. We met with Satya to sign the paperwork. He, too, made the experience very comfortable, and really didn't push us either way on the warranties/GAP, etc. He let us make our own decisions. When we got in the Durango, Carl was right there with us to get our phones connected to the Bluetooth, show us the NAV/Sirius features, etc. I only wish I would have come to Davis Moore in the first place, but they will certainly be the first stop when our next purchase comes up. (I did not grade on Quality of Work as this was a purchase only.) More
