The third time we came in we told him what we wanted and we felt like Travis wasn't just trying to get a sale. Travis made it his top priority to help us get what we needed. He listened and went above and beyond with getting us a car and making the numbers work in our price range. He was very patient and was very enjoyable to car shop with. We felt like we were just browsing cars with a friend and not a sales person. I recommend not only the dealership but I would definitely recommend Travis to anyone looking for not only a car but an enjoyable experience while doing so. Poor customer service I purchased a one year service contract with Davis-Moore and had two visits remaining. I sold the car and took my new car in for service and a complet I purchased a one year service contract with Davis-Moore and had two visits remaining. I sold the car and took my new car in for service and a complete evaluation. I was told that my contract is non-transferable to the new car although there is nothing in the contract (invoice #541149) that spells that out. The service tech gave me Chrysler's generic phone number on a sticky note with the advice that "if I called them and bitched enough they might able to help". The result is that I am out $54 but they will be out several thousand dollars in sales and service during my lifetime. More
