Very positive experience. We were trading in two vehicles and really weren't sure what we wanted. We were leaning towards a Toyota 4Runner when we came to Davis Moore and started talking with Evan. He was so helpful, not pushy and willing to find out anything we were wondering about. He was very professional and patient, as we really weren't sure what we wanted. THEN, he found a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was it! We had in mind how much we wanted for our two vehicles and we feel we got pretty close! Our only negative was waiting for over an hour one evening to see the finance person. We finally left and made an appointment for the next day. We felt abandoned and wondered if everyone went home and forgot we were there. If it hadn't been for Evan, we would not have gone back. No one came to see if we had been waited on and we had no idea how much longer we would have to wait before we could see someone. That almost lost you our business. More
