Chris stepped up and got our problems taken care of After having some issues with the service dept. I was contacted by Chris who explained some things that, if they had been explained earlier, would hav After having some issues with the service dept. I was contacted by Chris who explained some things that, if they had been explained earlier, would have eliminated some of the issues I had with them. Chris scheduled an appointment, we dropped off the truck and were given a rental to drive. All of the issues were taken care of under warranty and a refund was issued for a previous billing error. They even hand washed the truck for me, so kudos for that. We were assigned to Padric as our service advisor so that we will have one contact when we come in. We were introduced to him and he seems nice to we're hopeful that we will have good service going forward. We did discuss some things that we thought could help improve their customer satisfaction. Chris said he would bring it up at the next management meeting so we'll see how that goes. Greg More

Price wasn't really a sticking point due to our employee discounts. So we ended up ordering a new truck. Which was the best decision. During delivery Tom showed us how to work all the new features this truck has. We then met IC in finance and Cong in Parts. Both of these guys were also very professional and very easy to deal with. My wife and i really dreaded going new truck shopping. Especially after our first stop at another dealership and hated the experience.
