Knowing that I was not ready to purchase the car yet during our first visit, he did not pressure me at all. Weeks and months passed, Tim only called us TWICE. Once to let us know the potential model I was looking had arrived in the dealership, and the second one was to let us know there was a good rebate going on. Unlike many other dealerships in town, their salesman called at least TWICE a week. With Tim, he worked patiently trying to find the best car for me and was able to get it delivered quickly. The price was competitive and they are willing to give you their best deal. They replaced the radiator (plugged), thermostat, fluid etc....and not a problem in 11000 miles on and off road. The radio had an issue, they replaced it with another, no charge...a couple other things they took care of prior to the purchase and they put brand new tires (factory all season Goodyears) all the way around and this thing drives like a dream. When they had it for the radiator the detailed it and filled it with gas for me too.....If and when I buy a new Wrangler, I plan on buying it from these guys! Thanks Pete and Devon!!! More

Awesome service! We bought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee last October. This spring the A/C quit working. We took it in and Matt got us a loaner. On 5/29/17 I used their on-line system to request an appointment for service regarding steering wheel vibration and loose steering response. After waiting until 4:00 PM on 5/30/17 for a response I called the Service Dept.and made an appointment for the next day. There was no indication that anyone had reviewed the on-line system or had seen my on-line request. Davis-Moore almost lost another $1712.34 of my business Why have a voice-mail system or a on-line service request system if they are not being responded to?? More

who can you trust to do things right? In march 2017, i had frontend work done on my 08 ram 1500, including front-end alignment. A noticeable uneven wear appeared on my tire. Not only did I have to replace the tire, but the lug nut had been stripped, so that has to be fixed. I thought Davis Moore was reputable, but I have learned from experience that this is a dream, not a reality. I will take the truck to davis-moore and have the lug nut replaced. They told me on the phone when I called them that the truck had an alignment and did not need one. Tell that to my empty pocket--the tires were not cheap. More
