About as painless as used car shopping could be. I hate shopping for a used car and was not looking forward to the ordeal. I wouldn't say the experience was fun (the only way it would have been fun I hate shopping for a used car and was not looking forward to the ordeal. I wouldn't say the experience was fun (the only way it would have been fun is if I walked out of there in under 20 minutes with a car for half of MSRP, not going to happen) but Sean Bentz was great to work with. He was upfront about the process and knowledgeably answered my questions without 'hem-hawing' or making stuff up. There was still the "let me go talk to my manager..." bit, but we ended up buying the van we wanted for a price we were comfortable with. Several years from now when it's time for a newer vehicle, I would definitely go see Sean again. More
