Great buying experience with Pat Blasi at Davis Moore! I recently purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 truck with just over 15,000 miles. I saw the truck on-line at the Chevy location (west Wichita) and I quickly contacted Pat Blasi, who is located at the Chrysler Dodge Jeep store (east Kellogg). In no time at all, he had personally gone to the Chevy store, looked over the truck, got the keys and called me that evening on his way home. Unbelievable service and it continued throughout my buying experience. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend Pat as the ‘go to guy’ for all of your buying needs. He’s been in the business a long time.... knows the product.. and always goes the extra mile to take care of his customer! I also enjoyed the finance process with Shawn Lewis. Nice guy.. nice personality.... made the process fast and easy. Thanks to both of you guys! More

After that he brought up several different vehicles for us to drive so that WE could get an experience in each car to make an informed decision. After that he made some suggestions but never pushed us in any way. Then he went to bat for us to get us the best Deal ge could. I would Highly recommend Pat and Davis-moore dealership! We were treated very professionally by our sales representative, Tom Moore. Tom went above and beyond our expectations to find us the car equipped the way we wanted. When the car arrived at the dealership, Tom was very sure to explain all the features to me and my wife, and answer any questions we had for him. Service Department I have used them twice in the past two months and both times they didn't fulfill my service requests. The first time they were supposed to fix my bac I have used them twice in the past two months and both times they didn't fulfill my service requests. The first time they were supposed to fix my back-up camera and do an oil change. They called me a few hours later and said it was ready for pick-up and talked to me about ordering a new camera, but didn't mention the oil change. We went to pick it up and inquired about the oil change and they forgot to do it. They did it later that day and then forgot to call us to tell us it was done and ready for pick-up. We called the following afternoon and they realized they never called us to tell us it was done and ready for pick-up and still on their lot. The second experience was today and they were replacing the back-up camera that had been ordered and replacing the battery in the key fob. We dropped it off and they called about an hour later and said it was ready for pick up. We went to pick it up and they informed us that they broke the pins holding the camera in place and they would need to order them in and it would need to come back for those to be replaced. We checked out and realized they hadn't replaced the battery in the key fob, so we ran back in and they handed us a package of batteries to change them on our own. Extremely frustrated that I can't get good service. More
