"2017 RAM" I have been coming to Davis Moore since 2003. Ben Zeiner was the salesman. Well 14 years later there is a new sheriff in town. His name is Pat "crazy" I have been coming to Davis Moore since 2003. Ben Zeiner was the salesman. Well 14 years later there is a new sheriff in town. His name is Pat "crazy" Blasi. He did everything he could to get us in this new Ram. Him and everyone else involved did a great job!!! We want to thank all of you from Ben to the cleaning lady for helping us get this truck. (The cleaning lady helped me get my change out of the soda machine when it got stuck.) Every one was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you all and have a Merry Christmas!! Best Christmas ever! Unfriendly Employees I have been going to this dealership for the last 17 years and when I went in today things have changed a lot. The employees were new and not very fr I have been going to this dealership for the last 17 years and when I went in today things have changed a lot. The employees were new and not very friendly. The work got done, but when I arrived to pick up my car, it had not been cleaned yet. Customer service asked if I wanted it washed and I said yes. 30 minutes later I go back out to Customer service to find my car sitting in front of Customer service and yet no one bothered to notify me. The person in Customer service was different and was actually rude to me because I wanted to know why I wasn't notified. She didn't know that I had already paid and insisted on trying to find my paperwork until I pulled it out of my purse to show it to her. Obviously there was no communication when staff changed. In the past, the Service Manager would have jumped through hoops to get it cleaned promptly and let me know that it was ready. I don't think the new Jeep Service Manager even had any idea what was going on because he was not part of my service to start with. I have been happy for years, but it looks like things are going downhill with the new staff. I also did not get an all points checklist from the oil change, so not even sure one was done. More

I used to feel that I could about this agency but something has changed with how the employees interact with customers. More
