Unsatisfied Service for the Second Time Worst quality of work I have ever received. This is the second time a service technician has failed to complete requested work to the fullest. The first was not installing all required bolts for a trailer hitch and the second, most recent, was not testing a wire installation to which the service advisor, Don C., informed me that it was factory installed, factory GM parts, and warrantied. He also informed me that the wire job was "good to go", 700 miles later and i find out that it is not even installed correctly but the wiring was never tested by the dealer (no power). The five foot wire harness was installed with one zip tie and lays over the exhaust. There was no power to the wire harness due to no fuses installed. Also the wires to the fuse box weren't installed as prescribed by a GM supplement which the dealership has access to. This all could of be avoided if the technician tested the wires harness, which was plug and play. So $250 more dollars, four more days of vacation used, and hopefully another dealership, two states over, will be able to fix/repair the wiring so that I can get back to Kansas. More

He was great for that initial day, but the person I will deal with for the life of my car is Kimberly in the service department! She is AWESOME, I know this has to be a high stress, as we car owners are not happy if our cars are failing us. I see her interacting with each client as if they were the only one in the room, as she listens and calmly makes each person feel welcomed and cared for. It takes a special strong person to do this job and do it well. Kimberly, kudos to you girl! And of course Christian, you are the best! More

Tiffany coordinated the pick up of the vehicle at our Facilities Garage, gave feedback throughout the process (keeping us up-to-date) and we received our vehicle back in time for its delivery from our Site here in Wichita to another Site in Texas (one full day ahead of schedule). Kimberly Gorton is an outstanding Service Advisor! She listens attentively, is always friendly, is eager to help solve problems, smiles a lot, and is very patient. Although Conner Ward doesn't have a great deal of contact with Customers, he is easy to approach and always takes time to listen and discuss issues. All the staff are friendly and sincere in their efforts to assist Customers. The entire facility is always clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The two Customer waiting areas are open & airy, have ample plush seating, have flat screen TVs, free coffee & water, snack machines, Wi-Fi, an internet computer, and spotless restrooms. More

I didn't know where to take my truck here in town. I called and got ahold of this really nice girl named Kimberly. My truck needed work that was under warranty. I was very satisfied as usual. I was given a ride home , then was called when the work was completed. They asked if I needed a ride back to the dealership to retrieve my car, I initially declined but called then was called when the work was completed. They asked if I needed a ride back to the dealership to retrieve my car, I initially declined but called back later and ask if the ride was still available due to it had started snowing and I didn't want to dirty a car getting out in the weather conditions at the time. Rachel Kunselman said sure and the driver, Carl, was knocking on my door in less than 10 minutes. now that's great service. One of my squawks was a slow leak in a front tire. When Rachel called back with status, she said they had replaced a valve stem at no charge. and the labor was no charge as part of my new tire purchase two years ago from Davis-Moore. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Davis-Moore. More
