I have found that the employees at the mercury dealership of davis-moore is more personal that this chevrolet dealership. Upon check in I was told that my wife's pickup was due for 50000 mile work. However, I told her I only had time today for oil and filter change and top off the nitrogen-filled tires. Once I told her that it seemed to take a not so friendly posture. Also, I wanted to get an estimate of 4 new michelin tires, LTX MS2. Please give me a quote on the tires and balanced and aligned. Nothing was ever said to me. A lady called on the intercom saying our pickup was completed. Again, nothing said about the service or the tire quote. On the way home I noticed a post it note about three pages down with a price of $1399.16. This makes the first time I have complained, and I do know when you get busy I'm not expecting to get all of your time. However, I felt Kimberly could have made contact with me after all I was in the waiting room the entire time. On a positive note I will say the employee that received my email about the tires responded in an appropriate amount of time. Because I didn't email about my service appt. until Sunday. He called me on my cell while I was at the dealership and I told him that Kimberly checked me in and he said he would get with her. I thanked him for making contact but again never heard anything until I stumble on the post it note. I drive over a hundred miles for davis-moore to do our auto work on 3-vehicles: 2007, 2010 mercury mountaineers and 2008 silverado. This report is not to get anyone in trouble but I think it should be brought to someone's attention. Thank You, Tom Clark More
We have a 2010 Equinox and were having issues when starting the vehicle. It would start OK and then die. If we started driving it would begin to die and even when we pressed on the accelerator it stil starting the vehicle. It would start OK and then die. He got a loaner for us so they could have it overnight and experience the same thing we did after it sat for a number of hours. It had problems the next morning and so they called Chevrolet and there were a couple of solution options. We ended up having to leave it in the shop a couple of times, but Conner and his crew were persistent in their efforts to find a solution. I felt very cared for and all the information I provided was accepted and considered helpful. The first fix worked and the Equinox has been running well ever since. More

Your service department went above and beyond. I took by truck to the service center-having starter issues. replaced starter and fixed other needs. order a jack and jack for company truck, was charged for it and it was not in truck. That crew had a flat tire and cost $500 to be repaired. had a truck with bent drive line, it was repaired and no ride it and it was not in truck. Slow service and I call to find out if truck is ready to be picked up?? This is the fourth service manager that i have used, do not like changing manager's like this. I will be looking to take my company and personal vechials elsewhere. More

well i had to go in the 3 times and each time spent over 6hrs there. told each time would only be one hr. in the end they couldnt do a simple alighnment, comeing up with exscuses. they evently had to put it 6hrs there. told each time would only be one hr. in the end they couldnt do a simple alighnment, comeing up with exscuses. they evently had to put it back to its original position, but i still had to pay. also had to pay to have the knockouts removed. well like i said paid about $300 and was worse than when i came in. in the end went to shamrock took them 30 mins and did a great job, and only cost me $65.and they said nockouts did not need to be touched, that you guys ripped me off. plus you guys couldnt bleed the brakes properly also, you done by manual way and not the vac procedure like i requested,plus charged all these extra little fees i was never told prior to service.so had to spend my weekend bleeding brakes properly like they should be. All in all i spent alot of money and wasted time, just to have work redone, and money wasted. sad thing is someone in my family always buying a new car and as you notice, now not from you all. and we are chevy people, but we live by our principals, and right is right, and wrong is wrong and you all were very wrong and just didnt seem to care. More
For the price.......I kinda expected the vehicle would be vacummed and washed. But ither than that the service guy at the front desk was great.
