Barbara Jackson was great to work with, she answered all my questions. After I got home I discovered I didn't have an owners manual. I called Barbara and she ordered me a new one and mailed it to me. I also found the sales managers friendly and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was whoever serviced the car for delivery didn't do a very good job, however overall I was happy with my experience at Davis-Moore. More

Aaron was very pleasant to work with. Being a woman I am often treated as I know nothing about cars and they are wrong about. This is my car and Aaron talked to me not just to my husband. I purchased my first new car in 1969 (NOVA) and have owned GM cars up to today,until I purchased a Toyota in 2004 (never again bad dealer and service experience). My wife Barbara has always wanted a Corvette .We found what we were looking for on the internet and the Good experience started on the first phone call. No answer machine directly to the man. After talking about the car (he was very well informed) we decided to go have a look. The experience at this dealer ship was above board the best I have ever received at a new age car dealer. The vehicle was as described on the internet and the phone. Price was right and (Aaron) sales staff made the sale. Now she owns the car and I have to find a way to get HER to let me drive HER car. Overall the experience was good. Christian was very helpful and was good about following through on getting me a book for my Equinox and ordering the labeling. We were told that we would be done in 30 minutes and it was more like 1 1/2 hrs. It would help the experience of purchasing a car if this time could be shortened. Also, it was never mentioned as to how much the Admin fee was going to be until I asked. This should be brought up at the beginning of the conversation when purchasing a vehicle. Being upfront would be greatly appreciated. More
We had trouble on the road and asked that our vehicle be towed to Davis-Moore since I had experienced good relations in the past. It was an extremely hot day and Barbara was very polite and helpful in providing golf-cart transportation, cold water and air-conditioning for my wife and our dog during the time we hunted for a possible new vehicle. After deciding we wished to think about a new replacement Barbara was able to answer all questions and make necessary arrangements for a test drive of the vehicle I had picked out. Since my wife had returned to our house during this time, it took a few hours to make all needed arrangements and connections. We ended by buying the vehicle and taking possession that evening. All in all, a very satisfactory ending to a long, hot and tiring day. More
I was very disappointed at how I was treated during this service. Granted this was the first bad experience I have had here. When I entered the garage I was not greeted and I had to track someone down to service. Granted this was the first bad experience I have had here. When I entered the garage I was not greeted and I had to track someone down to help me, even though there was no one else there. Everyone was sitting at there desk. Then after checking in I was asked if I would wait. I said yes! I went into the lounge area and worked on my computer. Over 4 hours later I noticed my car sitting in the parking lot. I went over to see if it was completed and they said yes. I asked why I was not notified and they said I had told them I was leaving. Never did. When I got home my son said he a message on our machine was received an hour and a half earlier. I was able to get something accomplished but not nearly what I needed to at my office. I was very disappointed at the lack or courtesy and no attempts to find me, especially when I said I would be in the lounge. More
