Very Satisfied Customer experience Having experienced a major engine failure on my 2014 Corvette Stingray, I had it moved directly to Davis-Moore, never considering another dealer. My e Having experienced a major engine failure on my 2014 Corvette Stingray, I had it moved directly to Davis-Moore, never considering another dealer. My experience with D.-M. has taught me they always put the customer first. And this case was no exception. My car was transported to their lot on a Sunday Morning. My first call was to Steve Novacek, who immediately contacted Jeff Williams. Steve called me back to let my know Service Department had been notified and would get right on it Monday morning. As promised, Craig Williams was investigating the cause of failure early Monday AM. By early afternoon he had diagnosed the cause of failure. By Tuesday AM, a new engine had been shipped and was completely installed and my car delivered back to me in perfect running order Friday PM. Jeff and Craig kept me informed through out the whole process. My engine bay was completely detailed so it looked like a new car on the Showroom floor. All of this happened in less than a week of failure. And to add icing to the cake, GM Powertrain warranty covered everything. Now that is GREAT service! I'll never go anywhere else for service. More
