When I set up my appointment I speak with Kimberly Gorton. She is always friendly and very personable. I'm always made to feel very comfortable and treated like an individual and not just another person to be dealt with. Kimberly always greets me by name and is always smiling and very cheerful. 2011 Chevy Malibu recall This service department needs a lesson on scheduling. My appointment was for 8:00 A. M. There was 2 cars in the service lane when I arrived. This reca This service department needs a lesson on scheduling. My appointment was for 8:00 A. M. There was 2 cars in the service lane when I arrived. This recall stated that it would take approx. 1 1/2 hrs. to complete. I was told that it would be ready about 11:00 A.M. Since I have been having some health problems, I decided to take advantage of the shuttle service. The driver was very nice. About 10:30 A. M. , Nick Fouts called and told me that he was "backed up", so it would 1:00 P.M. before it would be ready. He gave me the option to pick up my car and reschedule this recall dealing with the safety of my seat belts. I have been waiting since last July for the parts to become available, so I told him to go ahead and take care of it. About 1:20 P.M. , Nick called to tell me that it was ready, but the shuttle driver would not be back for abt 15 minutes. Again this driver was very nice. This was the 2nd recall on this vehicle. The last visit was just as messed up! Strike 2 !!! In the future, Chevy will NOT be my first choice and Davis-Moore WILL BE my last choice. The service department is more important than the sales department. More

From the moment we walked into the door until the moment we drove away with our brand new truck, we did not have one complaint! Mr. Steve Miller is hands-down the BEST salesman there is! Davis-Moore did not have what we were looking for on the lot, and he spent all his time looking for and finding exactly what we wanted! He not only found it but made us a great deal and made it work for our budget! Steve even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly in our transaction and did a great job in showing us EVERYTHING on our new truck before we drove off!! We were so impressed by not only his friendly manner and great attitude but with everyone we dealt with at Davis-Moore! A great experience all around and will be recommending Steve Miller and Davis-Moore to everyone! We will definitely be back to see Steve when we are ready for another vehicle!!! More
80 Minutes to air a tire!!! I had a low tire, warning flashed that it was at 29 pounds. It uses nitrogen, so I took it in to Davis-Moore where I bought the pickup brand new. I complained twice, but was told just a few more minutes. Finally the service manager got off his butt and went to see what was the hold up-the service person let it 'slip his mind' I was on the road 5 minutes later. More
They have serviced my Chrysler 300 very well They put new windshield wipers on today, changed the air filter,serviced it, nice guy took me home, and back. Was happy with their crew. Dishonest Service I came in for a speed sensor code to see which one may be faulty. The service team informed me of several items that needed attention including the speed sensors. I understand that it's common to check fluids etc and recommend that they be changed. I gladly take the advice and change them myself to save on dealer labor costs. The speed sensors happens to be the issue in this case. I told them I thought it was a sensor bad up front so that they would have a little insight that I'm not an average customer. Next up comes the $700+ quote for replacing 2 speed sensors. one was worn all the way through and the other according to the tech was almost just as bad, would be worn in no time. The recommendation was to replace both. First off, I know the dealer is going to put a new part on the side that was worn through. My problem is that they wanted to charge me to replace the other side when there was not single bit of wear on the wire. The wire has a boot on it that is retained by a plastic clip to keep it from wearing on the inside of the rim. The boot had fallen out of the clip. So instead of charging me for a $197 part and another $150 in labor. They could have spent 5 minutes and put the wire in the clip like I did. More

In the past 12 years, this is our 4th vehicle purchased from Davis Moore, and couldn't be happier. Steve Miller made our experience fun and easy. We weren't sure if we could find what we were wanting in our budget, but Steve helped us find a great truck. He was extremely helpful and went to work for us! In just a few days of working with him, we felt like we had known him for years. The finance team also were very easy to work with, made our buying experience less stressful and comfortable. Highly recommend seeing Steve at Davis Moore, he will definitely be our go-to guy! More
