Big Al comes thru! needed a pickup to haul our 5th wheel camper but wasn't sure we could find something in our price range. We found it! During the 4 hours I was there processing paperwork, I was told my car was being cleaned. It was a recent trade and dirty on the inside, which is not a shocker because it was a used car. I figured it was getting washed, vacuumed and maybe a little Armour All on the dash. Well I was wrong, it did get washed , but that was all. So I drove a newly purchased, used, dirty vehicle home so I could spend a hour cleaning it.. The computer system was down so a 60 day tag couldn't be printed. I was assured once the system was up, I would get a call and I could come back and trade out the dealer tag. That never happened either. I also didn't appreciate being questioned on my husband's automotive skills when I didn't want to purchase additional protection coverage for my car. More
Buying my 3rd new car. My past two buying experiences with a now retired salesman, L.P., I was really satisfied with him, as he stayed with me the whole time I was there. But with Big Al and his assistant Tina, I really did not feel as comfortable as I did the last two times. He's a good person to know and will greet you with howdy friend or hello friend but just know I truly believe he means friend. Not only was he short with us, he was constantly bragging about being on the radio and whatnot, sorry - don't listen to the radio - but he bailed on us after getting our names and numbers (trying to get credit in anyway possible I guess) little does he know, we went else where and purchased two jeeps, paid in full. So thanks for shooing us away because we got some sweet a** Jeeps elsewhere. Update: After posting this he called me about 5 minutes later freaking out on me for giving him a bad review. He couldn't understand how or why we had a bad experience or how he was being braggy. In result, we felt the need to contact a manager and express how upsetting this phone call was. More

Repair of faulty parts in my 2016 Corvette Thanks to Conner Ward and his mechanic staff, I received excellent service in repairing a faulty differential in my new Corvette. Conner worked closely with GM in Detroit to bring this about. His technician (name unknown) must have done a thorough job because it appears to be fixed and though the repair involved extensive disassembly of the car, except for the absence of the problem, I can't tell they touched the car. Not up to their usual this time We've used DM Chevrolet for more than 10 years now, but the appointment last week fell short of the usual. I took my car in for a tune up, new batter We've used DM Chevrolet for more than 10 years now, but the appointment last week fell short of the usual. I took my car in for a tune up, new battery and battery cable and oil change. We received the call that the car was ready, so drove the 45 minutes to pick it up. THEN we were told that the check engine light was still on after the tune up, and that we would have to have that looked into. I informed her that the check engine light wasn't even ON before we brought the car in, so the service manager had the car taken back into the shop and they found that the gap was wrong on one of the spark plugs. I could NOT believe that they were expecting us to take the car with the check engine light on!! What kind of a tune up job would allow that to happen?? While the car was there, for some reason they decided to rotate the tires, which were just put on about 3 months ago. NOW my car has a shimmy when we reach speeds over 45 mph that it has never had before. I guess they were busy and rotated the tires but did not bother to balance them. I am assuming, for now, that this is just the work of one specific mechanic, but if this sort of thing happens again, we will be looking elsewhere for service for our vehicles. More
