In 1955 Grant Davis accepted a position from his stepbrother, Bob Moore at Bob Moore Oldsmobile. From this association, Grant acquired other dealerships in the city and began fostering strong community ties. As a result of hard work, good customer service and a strong commitment to community, Davis-Moore has become one of Kansas's largest auto groups. Current owners, Sean Tarbell and Stuart Ray carry on Davis-Moore's tradition of excellent customer and community service.
Davis-Moore is committed to making our community a better place to live by promoting community involvement, both as a company and by encouraging employees to take action. There are too many activities to list, but Davis-Moore is known for its annual sales benefiting both MDA and United Way and participation with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Man & Woman of the Year campaign. Davis-Moore has also been longtime supporters of the DUI Impact Center, Independent Living Resource Center, Senior Services, Rainbows United, the Wichita Children's Home, the Wichita Police Department, The Child Advocacy Center, and Kansas Humane Society. Davis-Moore also runs public safety tips on television.

Quick and Easy I went in there looking for a vehicle and talked to Steve Miller right off the bat. Told him if I couldn't get a truck then I wanted a good size car. I didn't have to explain what kind of car or what I wanted with it. After about 10 mins he had me test drive a car and I ended up falling in love with it. One more dealer...worth the drive Big Al Ceynar was recommended by the man who has been in charge of maintenance on our family vehicles. Although it was across town and we were somewhat fed up with the treatment we had been receiving at other dealers in town, we decided to go on the recommendation. Boy was I glad we did. Big Al was great to work with. We came to a mutually agreed upon compromise on price and we were on our way in our new car the same afternoon. I was impressed with all of the community involvement that Big Al participates in. We received great customer service from Big Al and the Credit Manager, Billy Hageman. Billy was exceptionally professional and good explaining all of our options,. He got us a great rate on the loan. We will recommend Big Al to friends and family. We will definitely be back. More
