Tried to save a deal... with inaccurate information Lost the deal for the dealership. Walked away from a deal as it was not what I was wanting. I decided to see if the new considerations were really just too good to be true or an opportunity to just get me back to the dealership and unfortunately it was just about the same deal and not what I had considered. This would be my second car, and my second car at this dealership. I came to this dealership because of their honesty and customer service the first time. After already trying to figure out if the deal was too good to be true and at the dealership , I received a text (several hours after the initial conversation started) from John that would have told it was true good to be true. Unfortunately, trying to rescue out of his mistake...it was too late. More

Went to Davis Moore and Big Al was soooo nice and sweet! He kinda felt fatherly. He was considerate of my lack of city driving. As fast as he made things happen was amazing!! He wasnt pushy or sneaky like others. I really felt like Al was a friend :) Totally recommend Al, the finance guy and the lady that helped with the On star set up. More

Quick, pleasant experience I was pleasantly surprised not to have to wait long for a salesperson to greet me. The receptionist was very nice, knowledgeable and had Big Al up to I was pleasantly surprised not to have to wait long for a salesperson to greet me. The receptionist was very nice, knowledgeable and had Big Al up to her desk in a matter of seconds. I told him what I was looking for and he had a car in mind right away. We went for a test drive and Al even offered me the opportunity to take the car overnight to see if it was a good fit. Although that wasn't necessary, it was a a nice offer. Initially I thought I had the financing figured out, but it turned out not to be the best plan for me. Big Al introduced me to Billy Hageman who assisted me in setting up a loan with my own credit union. He did all the work; all I had to do was sign the paperwork. The whole car buying process was much more efficient than I expected. This was the first time I was buying a car by myself and was dreading it. Al was able to make me an offer that was just over what I had set to spend. That to me was a successful purchase. I love my "new" car! More
