They provided one key and two fobs, except one of those fobs did not wor Recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from another dealer in Wichita. They provided one key and two fobs, except one of those fobs did not work with the vehicle. I contacted Davis-Moore and they said it has to be programed by a dealer and it will cost $35.00. Without any other options, I took it up to them and got it in. I only waited about 10 minutes when they came and got me. I pulled my wallet out, ready to pay, and the guy at the counter said "you won't need that". I was VERY confused. He stated that they ran it under warranty and it wasn't going to cost anything. While I know this is the warranty and not the dealer, they could of just taken my money anyway, but they did not! Amazing service. I have had my fair issues with vehicles in the past, but they have always been honest and upfront with everything. Great service and thank you Scott!!! More
Best vehicle buying experience I had an outstanding car buying experience at Davis Moore Chevrolet. I drove from Dallas, TX to Wichita, KS to pick up a CPO 17 Corvette GrandSport. T I had an outstanding car buying experience at Davis Moore Chevrolet. I drove from Dallas, TX to Wichita, KS to pick up a CPO 17 Corvette GrandSport. The morning I was supposed to perform the trade my 15 Corvette Z51 refused to crank in the hotel parking lot. Dejected, I got it towed to Davis-Moore Chevy expecting the worst. When I got there the service department worked hard to diagnose my car and figured out it was a starter motor and would be covered under warranty of my trade in. Big shout out to the service advisor "Nick Brown" who worked tirelessly under pressure and got this sorted out for me. My sales consultant "Big Al" proceeded with the previously agreed upon deal with NO changes. Due to it being late in the day my credit union couldn't close the loan in time. The dealership made arrangements for me to get back to Dallas and courtesy delivered the car to me when the finance piece was wrapped up!! Me and my wife are still speechless with the level of care, courtesy and respect we received from all staff members of this dealership including Sales, Service and Finance. More

Between Big Al the general manger Mark, and Faron in financing we made a deal, we are now driving a 2017 Camaro Convertible Super Sport, and xxxx we look good doing it. Unbalanced Tires and Loose Lug Nuts I got an oil change a set of new tires. Turns out two of the tires were out of balance, all of the lug nuts on one wheel we're loose and the other th I got an oil change a set of new tires. Turns out two of the tires were out of balance, all of the lug nuts on one wheel we're loose and the other three wheels each had at least one loose lug nut. Accidents and mistakes happen. It sucks when they happen to you, but they happen. When I informed service ice rep, Kimberly Gorton, the process to get the problems corrected started. I've been a customer because the shop handled service on my employers fleet. I've also used then for my own car. As always, Kimberly was great to work with. But she took the next day off. The customer service took a nose dive. Ended up keeping my car a day and a half to get balanced tires put on. Rather than make this already long review even longer with several examples and quotes from the employees I dealt with that pissed me off, I'll just give the highlights - being told the new tires are "on us" when I called for an update on day two of them trying to put balanced tires on my car. Very magnanimous of them, given I already paid for four tires. Then while trying to get my key the cashier asked for a little under $400 to pay for the two tires they needed to put on. Everyone I talked to was indifferent and/or sort of xxxxty. Except Kimberly. She's the only one who even apologized. I wasn't expecting money back or anything I didn't pay for, but an apology and a basic level of customer service would have been nice. Their mistake was dangerous and inconvenient. The negligence and the apathy will drive me to another service center. More
