They screwed up a tire rotation! We took our new car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation and they screwed up the tire rotation. I guess on a new car when a tire rotation is done the car has to relearn the tires and that was not done. . As I was driving on the highway a message popped up and said SERVICE TIRE MONITOR SYSTEM. I pulled over because I was unsure if it was safe to drive. After reading the manual we decided it was safe to drive home. I called the next morning and was told I would have to bring the car back. We live an hour away and I don't have time for that! I was not impressed with our first experience with this service department. If they mess up a tire rotation what happens when you have a more serious problem? More

Attention to details was amazing, such as transferring all your keys to the new vehicle key ring, and making sure your garage door opener was in your new vehicle just to name a few examples. Dream Experience I had been looking for a specific Camaro with specific packages. I called Davis Moore and Robert answered the phone. He was so friendly, and called me back with more information on the car. He found the car that had just been traded in, and the next morning I had several photos on my phone from Robert. I texted him about my trade with photos, and he quickly responded with a VERY fair deal. After taking credit info over the phone, he and his team worked quickly to get me on the road before a storm was coming through because we live two hours away. I can’t say enough good things about Robert and the team at Davis Moore. I have purchased several cars, and this was, by far, the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.
