I went to test drive a car and was not allowed to take on highway and lied to right in my face when showed a car. When he started the engine, it sounded like a tractor. When I asked what's that noise, he pre highway and lied to right in my face when showed a car. When he started the engine, it sounded like a tractor. When I asked what's that noise, he pretended to not hear the noise. The car wasn't ready so he had me come to the garage to look at it, he insisted I start the paperwork anyway without a test drive. I recently bought a 2021 Trailblazer from Davis Moore, and I wish I could say it was a smooth journey from start to finish, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. When I first stumbled across this and I wish I could say it was a smooth journey from start to finish, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. When I first stumbled across this vehicle online, it felt like fate—especially since the Trailblazer had all the features I wanted and then some, all at a fair price. My excitement was palpable as I drove it off the lot, and for the first 60 days, I was in love with my decision. I quickly discovered that this car was not just about good looks; it had the performance and technology I was looking for and made my daily commutes a delight. However, my happiness took a nosedive after those 60 days when my temporary tag expired. I eagerly reached out to Davis Moore for an update on my title, which I had naively expected to receive in a timely manner. They apologized (which I appreciated), but it was disheartening to learn they had overlooked sending it in. They asked me to come in to get a dealer tag—a hassle I didn’t anticipate this early in my ownership experience. After about a week with the dealer tag, they called and asked me to come back in and I assumed my title was ready. Upon my arrival, I was met with unexpected news: they informed me that they couldn’t secure the title because of an issue they had encountered with the auction site where they purchased the car. To make matters worse, I was told I couldn’t leave with the vehicle since they didn’t officially own it yet (and therefore, neither did I). This caught me completely off guard, especially since I wasn’t warned about any potential issues that could prevent me from driving my new car home. What frustrates me the most is the lack of communication prior to my visit. Had they provided me with a heads-up, I would have happily cleaned out my belongings in advance, rather than showing up under the impression I was ready to take ownership. Clear communication is essential in any business, and unfortunately, this oversight has significantly marred my experience. I was told to go out to the lot and try to find something to replace it as close to the same price as I could. The only Trailblazers available were two used Trailblazers that didn’t quite meet my expectations. I was pressed for time and needing to get back to work, which made the whole experience a bit frantic. In hindsight, I wish I had thought to ask for a loaner car. It would have helped me take my time to search thoroughly and find the perfect car for my needs. But, in a moment of impulsivity, I ended up choosing a 2024 Trailblazer, the only new car that was somewhat along the lines of what I was being forced to give up. Obviously, the price was much higher. I don’t feel I got a good deal on the 2024 and frankly it’s just not as good as the 21 I had really enjoyed. the Gm told me that Capitol one had already approved switching my loan to a new car so I left the lot thinking everything was good but when they saw the new price they decided not to give me a loan for it, so the Gm started running my credit with other companies again without telling me. A few days later he had me come in to sign the loan papers and that’s when I found out I had to get a loan from a company I had not heard of until then. I wouldn’t trust these guys to take care of you. Horrible experience, horrible communication and horrible dealership. More
Logan A. (salesman) was great to work with and went above to have a few things fixed we were concerned about. Very happy with the Chrysler Pacifica. (salesman) was great to work with and went above to have a few things fixed we were concerned about. Very happy with the Chrysler Pacifica. More
Stopped in on the last day of the month to look at a truck and ended up purchasing it. It only came with 1 key and 1 fob. I asked that I get 2 keys and fobs and Jordan D. made that happen. Had to wait truck and ended up purchasing it. It only came with 1 key and 1 fob. I asked that I get 2 keys and fobs and Jordan D. made that happen. Had to wait a month but he followed through. Only took 45 min in service. I wish all of my big purchases could go this well. More
Salesman (Richard Vogt). June 3rd, 2023. Salesman berated my wife and yelled at her in front of everyone. Don’t recommend this place. If I could rate zero stars then I would June 3rd, 2023. Salesman berated my wife and yelled at her in front of everyone. Don’t recommend this place. If I could rate zero stars then I would. My wife and I were about looking for a car for her. When we arrived on the lot, a sales man named Richard Vogt approached us. We told him that we were sent by my father to see “Big Al”, but he said he wasn’t available, which turned out to be false, and he would help us. At that point, my wife found a car that she liked around 2:00PM and they let us take it for a ride. We told Richard that we would be back before closing so we can take it around and see if it would fit us. During that time I had to be dropped off to pick up my car. My wife and I decided that we wanted to wait until Monday to see if we wanted to buy the car. My wife got the car back a few minutes after closing time and told Richard that we didn’t want it and he then began to berate my 120lb, 5’4 tall wife in front of everyone in the lobby and saying that it was “Unbelievable” that we wasted his time. He then went and started talking crap on her in front of her to his counterparts. He tossed her keys at her while berating her. I pulled up and wasn’t aware that this happened and he started to say something to me when I met my wife outside until I shut it down, then he went back inside. My wife was crying after words and she told me everything after we left. I’m just totally shocked how unprofessional and rude he was to my wife and us because he didn’t get a deal today. We were going to come back on Monday, but now, not so much. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. More
Poor customer service in the service department. Set the appointment for Thursday, had to drop the truck off the night before due to work. Never received any type of communication what so ever. Trie Set the appointment for Thursday, had to drop the truck off the night before due to work. Never received any type of communication what so ever. Tried to call and never got to speak with the advisor, left a voice mail and never heard back. Drove to the dealer at noon and the truck had still not been moved. This is the second time dealing with these problems with this dealership and will NEVER return. More
I purchased vehicle from them in 2015 and had all the service done at the dealership. Had a lifter and air conditioning problem. Took them three tries and lots of parts on each to get corrected with me p service done at the dealership. Had a lifter and air conditioning problem. Took them three tries and lots of parts on each to get corrected with me paying for parts and labor. Spent $10,000 + and could not be more unhappy with the experience. felt they were the experts and was totally wrong. Sent a letter to the president of Davis Moore on October 23 so I would not have to vent on this site to everyone. No reply. Was without my vehicle a total of 4 weeks off and on. They did pay for a rental the the last week but did get a charge on my credit card for gas which was in error as I filled it on the return to the dealership. Still waiting on that check. Totally feel I was a source of overpriced parts and labor. More
