The salesman who completed the transaction was friendly, helpful, closed the deal with no fuss. At closing, he somehow set the price below the lowest bidder's, i.e., below the price Willis' internet department had offered. Unlike some of the other dealers who offered to sell us cars, Willis' staff didn't denigrate other dealers, didn't lie, didn't apply pressure. I don't enjoy buying a car, but this time the experience was painless. More

We pretty much knew what we wanted and he had the cars ready for us in a matter of minutes for us to test drive. He was very upfront and knew exactly what our wishes were. Although the showroom was very busy that night , Kevin made us feel like we were the only people that mattered at that time. He gave us the time that we needed and answered all of our questions.
