after dealing with another 2 dealerships in central and northern NJ, i found the exact car desired on the inventory list at willis honda. the two other dealers had almost identical quotes, and willis beat northern NJ, i found the exact car desired on the inventory list at willis honda. the two other dealers had almost identical quotes, and willis beat them by approximately $800. while we were rather skeptical, we put a deposit down and went to purchase. things could not have gone smoother at the dealer. after a test drive we closed on the car and took care of all the paperwork. the only drawback was that we were there for approx 3 hrs, mainly due to the fact that it was the last day of the month and the place sold 38 cars that day! overall, great experience with willis honda and would certainly consider purchasing from them in the future! While we postponed the buying of a van for now, due to personal reasons, Kevin, was by far the best ever car salesman I have worked with. He went over and beyond my expectations when he ensured that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Even when I had to turn down a very good offer, Kevin was very understanding and did not change his attitude. Very level headed, calm and collected. Wish there were more Kevin's in the industry. If we do come back to buying a Honda minivan, we will come back to Kevin. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing for Sean, the Finance Manager. He came across as a typical pushy Finance person. Example: Never explained me all the options, available, when it came to warranties; Example: when asked if the warranties are discounted, the answer was "Yes". This was far from the case when I bought my car at Willis Honda. From the moment I walked throught the door I was treated very well. I dealt with Kevin Rogoza and he made the whole experiencce very pleasant. When we spoke I told him I wasnt sure if I was ready to buy or not and he assured me that was fine. He spent a long time answering all my questions and didnt blow me off as some salesman will do. There was no pressure to buy and he answered every question I had. He showed me cars I was interested in..gave me all the details on each. I never felt pressured in the least. I did not buy anything that say and he gave me his card and said to call him if I decided to buy anything. 3 days later I drove off the lot in a new 08 Civic. I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in and I got an unbeatable price on the Civic. My payments were exactly in the range I wanted them to be and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. I've had this car for a little over a year now and I LOVE it. The MPG sticker on the car stated 36 mpg highway and to this day I've never gotten less than 40 mpg in this car. I recently took a trip to Tennessee and I got 47 mpg in this car. I drove between 65 and 70 mph the whole way and STILL got that kind of mileage. The car looks great..runs great and is VERY dependable. I cant say enough good things about this dealership and Kevin Rogoza. I would and DO recommend this dealership and especially this Sales person to anyone interested in buying a car. Even to this day every time I go in for regular maintenance on my car Kevin makes a point to come over and say hi (even remembers my name) and ask me how the car is doing. More

My sales consultant Stan, and Pete from Finance made what can be a nervous/pressures filled experience hassle free, enjoyable and they really worked with me! I felt like I was a priority!! I work in the sales/retail business and I understand what great customer service is all about and how rare it is these days! I walked into the dealership at 8:50pm on a Friday night to pick up my car--since I was away all day--and no one minded that it was 10 minutes before closing; a few people gladly helped me with the final paperwork. I did not feel as though I was being pressured into making a purchase, which is a problem I had been having with a few other places I shopped around at. I was also very pleased with the prices I saw--from what I could tell they were fair. After doing some research on the car I was interested in, I found that the price was a good one, which made buying it even easier. More
