I test drove it. Liked it. And asked the dealership to have a few things don't to the car. I was assured by the manager that car will go through maintenance check and safety check. I was relived that car be great. They insisted on deposit They handed me the car with a cheap car wash the next day. Nothing else was don't. Not even the oil change or anything that simple. I told them that it wasn't the deal. I was told that car was sold as is. I said no. We had an agreement. No body listened to me. My car isn't safe. Alignment is off after having it done from them 3 times. They cant fix anything. They opened my bumper to install head light bulb but failed to screw it back on. Shocks are worn and byshings are gone but they think it's still safety checked. I was told that they will change them but after deposit they refuse to. DEALERSHIP IS SCAM. STAY AWAY More

He always returned my calls and made the buying experience enjoyable, I had to wait 2 weeks for my Fit and he kept me informed and gave me numerous extras and a few hundred dollars off because I couldn't get the color I wanted. I loved my last Honda (2003 civic 185,00 miles) and was not disappointed by going straight to Willis Honda for my next one. They also had great snacks and beverages which made my visits there a lot more fun. Thanks to Kevin and everyone else that makes it "a great day at Willis Honda!!!" More
My wife and I traded in our 05 Accord for a new one at Willis. I worked for about a month online with Vincent Gori. Vincent was patient and informative thru out the process. We have a closer Honda dealer but their price was substantially higher. We agreed on a price via email including trade in value for my vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership Vincent and Mr. Willie both ensured a smooth process. No gimmicks or bait and switch tactics. The price agreed to online was honored. The personnel at Willis Honda are friendly, approachable, helpful AND never try to push you into something you do not want, be it a salesperson, or an employee in the service area. Willis is also 10 miles further away from our house than the aforesaid dealership we pass. Why do we pass that dealership? The sales persons and service area employees push for things we do not want. Therefore we drive the extra TEN MILES to get to Willis. More

How to I even put this into words without using profanity? I have no clue but I will try. My husband and I began searching for a used vehicle online a few weeks ago. We found an SUV at this dealers profanity? I have no clue but I will try. My husband and I began searching for a used vehicle online a few weeks ago. We found an SUV at this dealership and called to inquire. Long story short, I have no clue how this dealership stays in business because they do not any desire to sell cars. We made an offer via telephone and Jeremy stated he would return our phone calls and that NEVER happened. This happened multiple times. There was never any motivation on the dealership's part to provide appropriate customer service. To be spending this amount of money, I have NEVER EVER been treated as if I was a problem when I am simply attempting to buy a vehicle they have for sale. Every time we even started to think the deal was going to go through, there was another issue with the negligence of every single staff member we dealt with. I am an Emergency Room Nurse and my husband is self employed and I know that neither of us would have a job if we treated others as we have been treated here. We husband treats every single job he does, big or small with professionalism and every business should be the same! Lack of returning phone calls, promises that the vehicle was ours and then didn't send paperwork and the list goes on and on and on! They have totally taken the fun out of buying a vehicle. I am truely a kind person and am now thankful that this didn't work because I cannot imagine what would happen if we needed additional service. Unfortunately, I assume this is the way of the world now but I promise that I will NOT conform to this kind of customer service. This review will probably be removed from the website and I am quite sure I will never be contacted about this horrible experience, which continues to solidify the poor quality of dealership that Willis Honda is. I will NEVER forget how horrible they are and have never been treated this way. I mean, begging those to sell us a car! Unbelievable. This is not a cheap transaction and even if it were, there is no reason to treat anyone this way. Thank you. More
My boyfriend & I were looking for a used car for me. We had visited a few dealerships and were not satisfied, so we decided to go to the Honda dealership. We walked the lot, and found a car that fit in our budget, however Kevin was honest about the car and said it needed a lot of work. He directed us to a beautiful Honda Accord, 2009. I instantly fell in love with it. I took it for a test drive and the car was perfect. Kevin never pressured us to make any decisions and I still ended up buying the car that same afternoon. Kevin and everyone else that helped us, were very kind and honest. It was the best customer service that I've ever experienced while shopping for and/or buying a car. I live closeby this dealership and I have a feeling I will be dealing with Willis Honda for a very long time. More
