It was a great experience! Kevin was open and welcoming and made us feel at home. Cassie also made us feel welcomed! When I entered the dealership, I basically knew which car I was looking for. Gus was friendly and very knowledgeable of the 2013 Honda CRV especially when I picked it up. Since my last CRV was a 2001, ther I was looking for. Gus was friendly and very knowledgeable of the 2013 Honda CRV especially when I picked it up. Since my last CRV was a 2001, there were a lot of new features and Gus patiently explained the Bluetooth feature, how to use the radio and program stations and use the sunroof. We had a very pleasant experience going to Davis Honda to purchase a new car. We had first gone there on Friday, 07/12/13, late afternoon. We had visited another different branch dealership before and time w purchase a new car. We had first gone there on Friday, 07/12/13, late afternoon. We had visited another different branch dealership before and time was running out for us that day. I told Kevin I was interested in seeing a CR-V and that I had a quote from TrueCar online, which he and the Davis dealership did honor. Since, buying a car is such a large purchase, we were not prepared to decide that same day. Kevin was very understanding and courteous. It was understood that to take advantage of the TrueCar offer, we would have to buy the car within three days. If we wanted to buy the car, we would do it the next day, Saturday. The next day we came back to test drive the car one more time and see what kind of deal we could get for our trade-in. Ultimately we decided to get the car at the agreed-on True Car price. Throughout the entire negotiation Kevin was courteous and never put any pressure on us. The next step was to meet with Cassie. She also was courteous and non-pressuring. She reviewed all of our options, and at no time did she push us into buying something we didn't want. We did buy some extended coverage mostly because Cassie was not pressuring us to do so, but because we thought it was a great deal. Overall our two days at Davis Honda were a great experience. More

This was the most positive car buying experience I could have imagined. Everyone at Davis Honda was extremely polite, friendly and customer oriented- including Shawn Smedley from internet sales, Brian Sieru have imagined. Everyone at Davis Honda was extremely polite, friendly and customer oriented- including Shawn Smedley from internet sales, Brian Sieruc from Sales, Bernadette Estelow from Finance and John Schuck from Service. The employee that I interacted with the most was SHAWN SMEDLEY in Internet Sales. He was such a pleasure to work with. From the very first contact, he was super helpful- *never* pushy, replied to every email question promptly with informative answers, explained fees clearly and made sure that the sales/finance depts stuck with the agreed upon "out the door price". The other dealerships I initially spoke with were either too pushy or tried to talk me out of the configuration I wanted because they didn't have it in stock, or didn't address my questions directly. Not only did he offer the best price, but by far the best customer oriented sales support. I would recommend Davis Honda to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda. There were a few issues with the car that needed to be addressed with the Service Dept. The manager John Schuck contacted me immediately and was very helpful. We were unable to resolve all of the issues, but he did offer useful suggestions. More
My wife Sue has been a long time Willis Honda leasing customer. Her current lease had expired and we needed to negotiate terms for a new Civic. My wife asked for the Sales Manager and Kevin took the t customer. Her current lease had expired and we needed to negotiate terms for a new Civic. My wife asked for the Sales Manager and Kevin took the time to listen to her concerns and understand her situation. He referred Sue to Gus who did an outstanding job of demonstrating and explaining the cars features and helping my wife find the car she really wanted a Civic EX-L 4 dr sedan. He then helped us get the initial paperwork started and he and Kevin worked with us to make a deal that worked for us. My wife was very impressed with their professionalism, personal attention, and desire to have her leave happy with the car she truly wanted. Thanks. More
The only good thing that came out of buying from them, was the truck that I drove away with. The sales experience was a joke. I went in on the last Saturday of the month, ready to buy. But all they wanted was the truck that I drove away with. The sales experience was a joke. I went in on the last Saturday of the month, ready to buy. But all they wanted to do was waste time. But at the end of it all, I got what I wanted. To further add aggravation, the finance woman, has no clue what she's doing. She's strictly an order taker, and a terrible one at that. I've never met anyone so unorganized and unprofessional. Not only did she not send the bank, the paperwork they requested, but when she saw my co signers bank statement, she said "wow, I wish I had that much money." That is NOT the way to go about things. So after two weeks, the paperwork still isn't done because Cassie can't do her job right. She claims the bank needs more documents, but the bank said that if the dealer would just give them what they already have, everything would be done. On top of that, I've left two messages for the GM with no return call. More
