I dealt with Paul, a sales manager and he was EXCELLENT! Very professional but also courteous and not a 'typica' car saleman (that is a compliment!). I then worked with Erica in Finance and she was great also. SHe explained everything and was pleaseant. We worked the deal that made the most sense for me and I drove home in an AWESOME new car. Highly reccomneded!! More

Information is Power I was looking to replace my Inca Pearl (Gold) 2001 Honda Civic Coupe. Davis Honda is the closest dealer to my home. I like the Accord Sport with manual transmission and they have the color that I like. However, I was being disregarded by the sales manager at the store when I presented them with an internet quote from another dealer--an excuse of too good to be true. He insisted upon the MSRP plus the dealer add-ons!! I was ready to go to Keenan Honda in Doylestown referred by the Costco Auto program to get my car but the store is 1 1/2 hour from my home. A kind soul from another dealer in South Jersey who does not have the specific trim that I want encouraged me to try again by reaching out to Davis Honda's Internet Manager, Janelle. She came through with the match. Janelle treated me with respect and I was able to get the price for the Accord Sport as promised. In addition, because I knew the Costco discounted prices from Keenan as I was preparing to purchase from them, I was able to negotiate fair prices for other accessories and my trade-in along with amazing financing. The sales consultant, Keith, was a pleasure to work with. He kindly arranged for my little one to come back the next morning to say goodbye to our beloved Civic before it was being taken to their holding lot. After shedding a few tears with my daughters when we parted with the car that they’ve known since birth, we look forward to enjoying our Accord Sport in the years to come. BTW, Davis’ customer lounge is the best around. It is bright and clean. My kids had enjoyed refreshments, TV and the game center while I was doing the negotiations and paperwork. To all the ladies out there that do not like being looked down by car dealers--information is power. Do your homework on the internet (and join Costco as a member:-)). Be confident that you can get the car you want with a good price. You may need to go to another dealer out of your area but it certainly makes you feel good to be in control! More

The workma I had a great experience having my 2006 Accord service at Davis Honda. The work was started on time and completed with a reasonable time. The workmanship was excellent. The customer waiting area is clean and stocked with great snacks and beverages. A week or two later I returned to purchase a new vehicle and was again pleased with the service and overall experience. I feel I received a fair price for my trade in and a terrific deal on my new car. The financing was unbeatable. I would certainly shop at Davis again. More

Stereotypical Used Car Dealers While shopping for a car for my coworker, I came across a 2002 Honda Accord with 101k miles listed by Davis Honda on KBB. I inquired about the car and While shopping for a car for my coworker, I came across a 2002 Honda Accord with 101k miles listed by Davis Honda on KBB. I inquired about the car and received a call and e-mail back from Sarah shortly after to schedule an appointment for 12:45 the next day along with some Carfax details about the car. I receive a phone call from Frank following up at 12:00 confirming my appointment and I let him know I was on my way. Upon arrival, from about 40 minutes away, I'm greeted by James who tells me Frank Davis is one of his sales managers but is nowhere to be found. He walks us around the lot and tells us he doesn't know where the Accord is. He then has us wait for 20 minutes while he looks for the car. He resurfaces saying that the car was actually listed by accident (the listings are still up on multiple sites) and that the Accord has no working engine. He then leads us out the back to a Civic parked under a tree on the lawn which he conveniently didn't have a key for. It was covered in more spider webs than a haunted house and had very high mileage (160k I think). I asked how long it's been sitting and he informs me that it's a trade-in with no transmission and has been there for almost 1 month....It looks like it has been since the beginning on summer. I notice a black Accord along the fence, which is supposedly the one from the listing. I ask if they intend on putting a new engine in it and if so, I'd like to see it. He opens the car up and it wreaks of mold from the leaking sunroof. He tries to back track by telling me that he's sorry about the listing, and the lack of keys, and not being able to find Frank, and not having working cars, and just generally for wasting my time, and that he'll look for stuff for me and call me later. I voice my disconnect for their snake oil salesmanship. Then my dad walks up since he was coming to give me a second opinion on the mechanics of the non-existent Accord. Suddenly, James says he can take us to a 3rd lot down the street where we will definitely find something, blah blah blah. He then runs in to the dealership to find keys to a car so we can follow him over. He resurfaces saying that he told his boss I was pissed off (which I was and rightfully so) and that there's nothing on the other lot. Not only do I feel that he stereotyped me, pulled a bait-and-switch, and blatantly lied about cars he probably knew nothing about since he couldn't give me firm answers to any of my questions, but I actually think that he just disappeared, tried to steal a sale from the other guy, and then decided that for $5k cash, dealing with someone who wasn't as dumb as he thought wasn't worth his time. I've never heard someone trip over their lies so much before. Please send James back to sales classes or put him on desk duty. I wouldn't even bring my car here for an oil change--they'd siphon the gas out and try to apologize for the mix-up! Davis Honda is the shadiest, least professional, more disorganized dealership I've ever dealt with, bar none. I am annoyed they wasted my time and more so, I'm embarrassed for them and their staff. If this is their normal course of business, it's a miracle they're still in business. Never again. More
Bad Cars and Bad service Not everyone has a good experience at Davis Honda. Purchased used 2012 Honda Odyssey with low miles and within two weeks of owning it my engine light Not everyone has a good experience at Davis Honda. Purchased used 2012 Honda Odyssey with low miles and within two weeks of owning it my engine light went on and needed new piston and rings. Not only that but the customer service was less than great. Come to find out that there is a class action settlement on all V-6 honda engines concerning piston and ring problems. Nothing was mentioned to me regarding this class action. Now I am starting a 6 year loan for a car that is not 100%. I did pay the $1000 for a pre certified Honda expecting it to be a 100% reliable vehicle. More
