Unfortunately many dealers and car salesmen have terrible reputations: poor ethics, commission oriented, and short-sightedness, so when you find a place where you can trust them, you get excellent service both on the sales side and maintenance, you stick with them. My recent purchase was a surprise: I took my eight year old Civic in for service and ended up trading it in and getting a new vehicle. The sales team (I worked mostly with Paul) was supportive and helpful and listened to what I wanted rather than try to up-sell me to something I didn't. All around great experience and I have no reason to change where I go in the future. More

I called to inquire and get more pics about the vehicle because they only had one on the add and they send me pictures of a different car, i called and told the rep that that wasn't the car in the picture. I wanted to go see the vehicle and a sales rep told me that the car was towed in and it doesn't turn on, so i asked him when it would be available to see it and he responded he didn't know because that vehicle wasn't a priority to be looked at by the mechanics, so i asked why advertise a vehicle to sell that wasn't the correct one and didn't turn on and he said he didn't know why, i was upset and said have a good day and hang up the call. Later on that day i called back because i was still upset about the misleading add and i spoke with a manager named luke, told him what happened and he apologized and i told him i was coming in the next day and he said ok ill have a tech look at the car, i showed up the next day, asked for him and he sent another sales guy to help me, he never gave me the time of day and never came to greet me and try to resolve the matter, he just swept us under the rug and i left without any results. They also went as far to tell me that when they do look at the car they were going to tack on the repair cost of whatever is wrong with the car. This is false advertisement of the condition of a vehicle and misleading picture to advertise but they sure kept mentioning me getting a loan to buy a more expensive car. I printed the add and glad i did because later on that day it was taken down after i told them i was going to complain and call the media also for false advertisement. More

We met with Kevin, who was very friendly and easy to work with. He seemed like he wanted us to walk away happy, which was appreciated. We had gone to Hamilton Honda before Davis and walked away before making it to the showroom because the sales guy there was just rude and horrible. Overall it was a positive experience at Davis. The only thing that bothered me was whenever I spoke to any of the other salesmen, they called me 'hun,' 'darling,' or talked mainly to my husband even though I was the main negotiator. This was never a problem with Kevin, but with at lease two other salesmen. It was not enough to make me leave, but something that I found very off putting. More

Terrific buying experience I purchased a new 2014 CRV on Sep 29th and returned to buy a new 2014 Accord hybrid for my wife. This was indeed a wonderful experience. My sales person , Keith Lazarow, was great to work with. The purchase process was smooth and pleasant. Keith also went out of his way by clearing out the data in the navigation and phone systems on the Prius we traded in after mentioned that we forgot to cleared the systems after we left the dealership. He even made follow-up calls to both me and my wife to ensure that we knew he completed the task successfully. Great customer service!! The financing process was also smooth and quick thanks to Bernadette and her evening counterpart, sorry I can't remember her name. We will definitely recommend Davis to our friends. More
Missing CRV owners manuals replaced by dealer When purchased my new 2014 CRV on Sept 26th, 2014 most of the owners manuals were missing. Janelle had replacement manuals sent to my home by Fed Ex. Kevin was very respectful and did not push to make the sale - he treated me fairly and honestly worked with me to get the price that I was willing to pay.
