Watch out!! Bait and Switch !! Please , this is a BAIT AND SWITCH place. I absolutely think this place brings shame to the name of Honda.We were looking for Honda CRV EX-L 2015 and Please , this is a BAIT AND SWITCH place. I absolutely think this place brings shame to the name of Honda.We were looking for Honda CRV EX-L 2015 and it was listed for 24,994 in TrueCar. Obviously , they said all is good and that's the price they will honor. We were so happy and excited , and thought yeah that was great deal. No.. Not so fast... My Sales Guy said, I will work on the numbers. Now comes interesting part , here is their break down of their cost. They said , cost of the car is $24,994 Honda Certification($600)(What is that!!) Dealer Prep($995 !!!) Documentation Fee($499) + Tax + Tags.. Essentially we need to pay 2000+ for something we don't know what's it for. SERIOUSLY!!! Honestly, attitude of the manager ( don't want to say the name ! ) was arrogant and had no care attitude. I honestly think they thought I am kind of fool to play into their game. My advice is ,PLEASE DON'T GET TEMPTED BY THEIR ADVERTISED COST! IT"S A BAIT!!! Honda should provide some guidelines and do something about these kind of baiting , cheating , arrogant , terrible and flat-out lying dealership. More

This is my 2nd car purchasing experience with Davis Honda. The salesman, Joe Troutman, was knowledgeable, patient, respectful and helpful. He did not use any high pressure tactics. He explained everything and was able to assist me in obtaining a reasonable price for my new car payments. This car has a lot of new technology. Mr. Troutman setup the Bluetooth technology for my cellphone, the driver's seat technology, adjusted my trunk door suitable to my height. He demonstrated the many features to enable me to feel comfortable with the car. I felt that he was very trustworthy and of very high integrity. Mr. Troutman represents the highest standard for car salesmen. I definitely recommend purchasing a car from Davis Honda, specifically Joe Troutman. Finance Officer Caitlin was also excellent to work with. Numerous people at Davis Honda shook my hand and congratulated me on my purchase. Every encounter that I have had at Davis Honda has been warm, friendly, and inviting. More

Beware for Bait and Switch at this dealership! Called to confirm that a particular vehicle that was listed online was on the lot and was told that it is, and the person I was speaking with (Sarah) Called to confirm that a particular vehicle that was listed online was on the lot and was told that it is, and the person I was speaking with (Sarah) informed me that she herself would be there later to meet after setting a 8pm appointment. Drove a hour and was told that the vehicle had "just sold" but that there were others that could be shown to me. Asked around for Sarah and was told that there is no Sarah that works there, and that she is just an Internet rep. Called the next morning to check on the vehicle and was again that it shows as being available. I asked the rep (Angel) to confirm that they do actually have it and after a small hold, she came back and said that yes they do indeed have the car. After explaining my experience, I was put on hold for a few minutes, before she came back and said that the listing just needs to be updated and that they don't have it. More

Deceptive Business Practice Went to purchase used a car from these clowns. When it came down to the paperwork, there was a $600 prep fee, which they taxed, then $750 for title an Went to purchase used a car from these clowns. After hearing this BS I knew this place was trouble. Told him your car is overpriced and you’re a crook and walked out. Stay as far away from this dealership as you can. They put a low price on the internet and a higher price on the window sticker, and then they say the internet price is the price and try to get to the window sticker price by adding on BS costs and jacking up the title and tag fees. More
