Got a lease payment at the price I wanted Our lease was coming to an end so we decided to go to Davis where we previously leased our 2013 CRV to see the new models. We were greeted by Elvin and we took a really nice new 2016 CR-V (Special Edition which is so nice looking) for a ride. After our test drive we talked numbers, came back with am such lower payment then what we were paying. We agreed on the price, came up the next day and met Bernadette the finance manager, signed all the paper works, and was done under an hour. We totally love our new car, and being this has been our 5th car purchase in 10 years from Davis (Willis) Honda, they treated us like family. The Sales manager Mr. Love was a pleasure to work with as well. Thank you all for you hard work on getting us a nice CR-V at a great price! More

Mr. Brian Sieruc was awesome, he really took pride in the Honda brand and helped me a great deal throughout my search. To complete my purchase I met with Mrs. Melody Green whom I can't say enough about. She was such a joy, never rushing anything.She explained everything to me that I had to sign & answered every question. She even stayed past closing to get the deal done. Mrs. Green treated me like family and I drove home today feeling great in my new car. More

Smooth Purchase Experience I recently purchased a 2012 Civic LX from Davis Honda's pre-owned certified inventory. I had previously purchased a brand new 2008 CR-V from Davis and I recently purchased a 2012 Civic LX from Davis Honda's pre-owned certified inventory. I had previously purchased a brand new 2008 CR-V from Davis and have been a loyal Honda customer since 1997. Finance Manager John Fitch was very helpful in giving us a fair deal. I can recommend Davis Honda to anyone looking for a good selection of cars and very helpful customer service. More
Deceptive practices I went to this dealer after seeing a couple of CERTIFIED Pre-Owned Hondas that I was interested in. After test driving and thinking that I liked one I went to this dealer after seeing a couple of CERTIFIED Pre-Owned Hondas that I was interested in. After test driving and thinking that I liked one enough to buy it, we sat down to do the paperwork. The salesperson started adding on the fees...the first one blew me away. Besides the cost of the advertised CERTIFIED vehicle, I had to pay an additional $995 to actually certify the car. There is no fine print that says that this is their practice. The explanation I received is that the vehicle is 'qualified' to be certified, but you have to pay for the actual certification. They tried to convince me that this is how it's done. Aside from that, the fees for dealer prep (washing and cleaning the car) was another $495 and the documentation fees (filling out the paperwork) was another $499. This did not include tags, registration, or taxes. I later found out that these fees are outrageously high. I also found out that this is NOT how it's done at other dealers. In checking out the websites of some other dealerships, I saw that it is very clearly stated that the cost of the vehicles includes the Certification. I think this practice at Davis Honda is very deceptive. I immediately felt like they lied and were trying to scam me, so I walked away. I would never recommend anyone to this dealer. Not sure if it's a Honda thing, or a dealer thing, but I wound up buying a Toyota at a dealer that was the complete opposite of Davis! I don't blame the salesperson, it's not his fault so I won't name him; he was nice enough. I felt sorry for him that he had to work under those conditions. More
