I did as much research as I could, narrowed down my choices, and set off to the lots to check things out for myself. Davis was not the first dealer I went to but it was the first that I felt comfortable at. Brian met me at the door, asked what I was looking for, and took me out to the used CR-V I had inquired about. We talked a bit during the test drive and I learned that he had just recently bought the 2018 model of the CR-V for his wife. He suggested that I test drive it and I immediately fell in love. I told him about my accident and how safety was important to me so he made sure to go into full detail about all the safety features in the 2018 model. That was Saturday. I came back in on Monday, negotiated the sales price of the vehicle (using internet prices and quotes from other various local dealers), and eventually came to a deal. Brian was nothing but personable, cooperative, and understanding the entire process. I chose an exterior/interior combo of the EX model that had not yet arrived on the lot and was a bit nervous/impatient as I waited for its arrival. Brian texted me pictures as my brand new car was being unloaded off the truck and was ready for me when I showed up to claim it a few hours later. Brian took the time to get me acquainted with the car and its features such as programming my favorite stations into the radio, showing me how to use the Apple Car Play, and explaining the registration/inspection process to me. I have never bought a car before so I asked a lot of questions - sometimes more than once - and Brian never once seemed impatient or frustrated with me. I genuinely feel as though my car buying experience at Davis Honda was more than a business transaction thanks to Brian and his attention to detail and care for his customers. I would recommend Brian to anyone that's looking to buy a car whether it's new or used! More

Certified Dealer is SO RUDE!! STAY AWAY!! SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS Visited this dealership couple of times to buy a used CIVIC. These people have strange/ridiculous pricing structure (Internet price + Prep fee ($499) Visited this dealership couple of times to buy a used CIVIC. These people have strange/ridiculous pricing structure (Internet price + Prep fee ($499) + Cert. Fee ($699) + Doc fee ($499) + Tax, title (usual) which brings the price to unreasonably high. And when I ask for a better price, they come back repeatedly with their price (same price) again and again and tries to argue as if customers doesn't have any knowledge about pricing/negotiation. This happens same way even at Sales Manager & General Manager levels as well. Can't believe it!! More

After a salesman at a dealership within 15 minutes of my home told me he "couldn't do anything" about a price, I made the hour long drive to Davis Honda. My experience was undoubtedly worth the trip. I made a last-minute appointment and from that moment onward, was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by every person who came into contact with me. Pete Colletti and John Emmel were a fabulous team. From the moment I walked in the door, John promised he would make everything as easy as possible and he delivered. I'd requested an internet price which ended up being lower than my True Car quote - a price the previous dealer would have said was "impossible." Denise Mullener with the internet sales team was also very helpful and friendly. They ended up retrieving the exact car I wanted from another dealership during my visit because I live so far away, but also considered giving me a loaner car so we could proceed with my trade-in if they ended up not being able to get my new car to their dealership in the same day. My experience with Caitlin while going through all of the paperwork and signing off on everything was also a breeze. My new 2018 Honda Accord EX-L came with all of the features I wanted and Davis was able to deliver at the right price AND give me KBB value on my trade-in. I've never heard of an easier dealership experience and I'm definitely recommending this place to everyone I know. More

Went back twice and that salesman was busy and the sales manager, Pete, acted like I must deal with the same salesman! So in my fourth trip the salesman was available so I drove a Pilot and a CRV. The pilot was my choice. Now I gotta negotiate with the sales manager. I showed him what I could buy it for elsewhere. He decided that his pilot was worth almost $2000.00 more. The exact same model. So needless to say I went to a different dealer a bought a 2017 Pilot. More

Buyer Beware...Davis Honda will take advantage of you. Bernadette in finance promised us an 8-year warranty starting on the day we bought the car. When we got home, we noticed that she only gave us a 4-yea Bernadette in finance promised us an 8-year warranty starting on the day we bought the car. When we got home, we noticed that she only gave us a 4-year warranty. We emailed her informing her of her huge mistake. Her reply back simply said "Fixed." No apology, nothing. In my opinion, stealing 4 years of warranty and giving us 50% of what we paid for at least deserved an "I'm sorry. My fault. I fixed it for you." Her reply of "Fixed" to me made me feel that I caught her trying to steal from me. On her second try fixing it, the date was still off by a couple days. I informed her of this, and her reply was "The computer wouldn't allow the date to show the correct date." I'm sorry, but when you spend $29,000 on a car, it's a horrible feeling to have that someone is trying to get one over on you. I called Manager Steve at noon on the day after Bernadette's mistake informing him how unhappy I am with Davis Honda. I asked him to please call me by the end of the day letting me know how he plans to make this all better. I informed him that I was thinking about breaking our sales contract because I thought they were stealing from me. My work day ended at 5pm without a response from Steve. I called him at 5pm on my drive home from work telling him that I was disappointed that I didn't hear back from him yet. His rude response back was, "I don't know when your work day ends, but mine ends at 9pm." Rude. I spend $29,000 at his dealership, and that's his nasty response? If my wife didn't love the car that we bought so much, I would've ripped up the contract right in front of his face. Buyer beware....Bernadette, Manager Steve, and Davis Honda will try to scam you, too. Do not trust this dealership. More
