a fraud My lease was up. I had to go to dealer to obtain financing to buy it out. They tried to charge me additional fees on top of my payoff of $10,013 The My lease was up. I had to go to dealer to obtain financing to buy it out. They tried to charge me additional fees on top of my payoff of $10,013 Then they said i have to pay $4580 to get the vehicle inspected, a service fee( dmv,bank etc) and a docking fee . They tried to charge me $15,000+ before finance. When I said I owe about $10,000 and you are charging me %50 more than what I owe, I didn't agree. They said hold on lets see what we can do, then they come back with $12,000 before financing. I told them no and came back home. I called Burns Honda and asked them what would be their charges and they said my balance and service fee ( Dmv, paperwork) $456 . My total finance was less than $10,500 . They were gonna make $5000 extra for nothing. Don't fall for they're tricks and lies. Shop around. More

The price quoted for the car was lower than what I expected and the price they gave me for my trade was right in line with what the numbers I got online from Edmunds and KBB. They explained the extended warranties/protection plans; however, there was no pressure at all to purchase any of these plans.
