Super shady experience! If you’re buying any Certified Pre-Owned car listed on their website, watch out for an additional “certification fee” to attempt to be added on at time of purchase...ours was almos Pre-Owned car listed on their website, watch out for an additional “certification fee” to attempt to be added on at time of purchase...ours was almost $2k. All CPO cars listed on their dealership site state online price “includes all costs to be paid by a consumer, except for licensing costs, registration fees, and taxes.” They tried to sneak this extra certification fee on to the total price and, when we pointed it out, blamed it on an error made by whoever uploads info onto their dealership website. (Even though it’s listed on every single one of their CPO cars.) Take your business to a more ethical dealership! More

The single worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Hidden fees are the least of shady operations there and there are a ton of those. They wouldn't tell me my credit score, interest rate or monthly payment until I was signing the paperwork. They add % points to make more money off you so be very careful. I have Excellent credit and the rate was higher than anything I had ever seen. They knowingly sell cars with mechanical issues and refuse to make it right when caught. They have an F-rating with the BBB which is basically all you should need to know to stay far far away from them. They are completely chauvinistic to the point of being disgusting. They repeatedly told my wife they needed to speak to her husband and when I got on the phone and told them the exact same thing she just said, suddenly the problem was real and only then would move forward with the conversation. We had to bring the car in 3 times in the first month for the same exact check engine light. It went off 1 day after we brought it home, they kept it for 2 weeks, did nothing and handed it back. It went off 3 days after we got it back, we brought it back in and they kept it for 2 weeks again. Then it went off again 1 HOUR after we picked it up. They towed it and never called us for over a week. I had to chase them down to find out anything about the car. Once again they handed it back without doing anything. When speaking with Dominic about the issue, he was rude and nasty, and told us "we are not buying this car back no matter what so do whatever you want" and hung up on us. Nothing would make me happier than to see Honda shut this place down for their immoral and near illegal business practices. More
I was quoted a lower price from a dealership. I contacted someone and asked if David could match the price. I forwarded the online offer. I went there and they did not honor the price. They said that dealerships scam customers with lowers price and they cannot honor the price since it was not a legit price.
