Did not fix anything. because there is no check engine light on, they sent my vehicle home. this vehicle still has gear shifting problems. I shouldn’t be filling the shif because there is no check engine light on, they sent my vehicle home. this vehicle still has gear shifting problems. I shouldn’t be filling the shifting in a automatic, especially a 2023 vehicle. and it’s real bad at times. I had the same exact problem in my 2017 Chevy Silverado took it to Miami Kendall Chevrolet and they fix the problem without the check engine light being on. I am upset that I have to deal with this in a brand new car. More

I have had a relationship with Davis Chevy for more than 12 years. During this time I have purchased 5 vehicles and used the service department for maintenance on them all. This experience is by far the w 12 years. During this time I have purchased 5 vehicles and used the service department for maintenance on them all. This experience is by far the worst and will be my last time dealing with Davis Chevy. My car was brought in Sept 5th. I was given an estimate of $1600 for repairs on Sept. 7th during this call I was told that per management no repairs would be made until full payment was received in advance. This made me extremely angry as I have never been told this before. After a couple days of calling around to get estimates at other shops I decided to make the advance payment so that Davis Chevy could proceed with the repairs. Payment of $1553 was made on 9/15. I called back on 9/20 to check on status but advised it was not yet completed. Received a call on 9/22 advising that additional payments needed to me ordered for the repairs totaling $228.77 and I needed to decided immediately if I wanted to proceed due to timing/delivery/GMC strike issues. Finally me car was finished on 9/25. Bottom line it was very upsetting for an up front payment to be requested from a loyal customer. In additional the time frame for the repairs but me I mind because I had to pay for a rental the entire time. At no time was a courtesy car even offered despite me telling them I was paying for a rental. ***Ms. Sharon Keene was pleasant during my encounter, however the issues I had were beyond her*** More
