I dropped my car for the first oil change. The advisor was very welcoming and polite. However at the end I was handed the keys for the wrong car. They completed my oil change and inspection in a timely manner. I was concerned with my brakes needing to be replaced, but I was able to see with the video walk through that they were still at a good size manner.
