I was overall very pleased with the service I received from Davis Dodge. My 2021 Ram truck wouldn’t start at a gas station in Jacksonville. Davis assisted in arranging a tow truck to take it to their shop from Davis Dodge. My 2021 Ram truck wouldn’t start at a gas station in Jacksonville. Davis assisted in arranging a tow truck to take it to their shop. It was Friday afternoon so the vehicle wasn’t looked at until Monday. David spoke with me Monday morning, advised me that the battery was bad and it needed a new fuel pump and it would be there the next day. Sure enough the part arrived as promised on time and was professionally installed. I got my truck back that day and the repairs were completed under warranty. I had Davis do an oil change while they had it. They service do much when they change the oil. Well done David! Thank you Davis service team. More

Had a 10:50 AM. Arrived at dealer at 10:45 AM and checked in for needed service and checks. I noticed after an hour my truck still was not moved into bays. Service w Arrived at dealer at 10:45 AM and checked in for needed service and checks. I noticed after an hour my truck still was not moved into bays. Service writer Mike went back and checked. It was about 20 minutes more before it went in. I then waited another hour for an oil change and battery check to be complete. When I booked appointment young lady told me day before whole event would be less than 45 minutes. Why have appointments if they mean nothing. I did appreciate Mike in trying to help me. More
