The best car buying experience ever! Even though I live in Jacksonville and have several local dealerships nearby, we traveled over an hour to Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Even though I live in Jacksonville and have several local dealerships nearby, we traveled over an hour to Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Yulee. I was looking for a very specific Jeep, they had 4 on the lot and after having a couple of conversations with Ryan Cramer we decided to make the trip. We told Ryan the vehicles we had an interest in, what we were looking for in a trade-in and how much we were looking to pay. Ryan pretty much closed the deal even before I test drove the Jeep...there was no haggling, no surprises (except good ones), no pressure and no regrets. The only decision I had to make was which one to pick...Ryan met us at the door with a smile and had my vehicles ready and waiting (with the AC on. OK...so this was the first clue that this was no ordinary salesman). I test drove the Jeeps and Ryan showed me all the ins and outs...including some great ideas on what he has done on his personal Jeep. When the time came, within an hour we had the paperwork done and the contract signed. I handed him the keys to my Ford Explorer and he handed me the keys to my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. This was the BEST car buying experience ever. When I say they are worth the trip and they have a customer for life...I truly mean it! Ryan is friendly, straight forward and so knowledgeable. I felt like he was giving me exactly what I was looking for and just made the whole process so easy. The dealership itself is clean, comfortable and well-stocked with beautiful vehicles. Well done! Everyone was friendly, understanding, efficient, and kind. I was on time for my appointment. Bull Franklin Jr. (my car) was taken to be serviced immediately upon check-in. Great Service, even on a holiday The A/C went out on my 300c when visiting Florida. She not only got my car in, but also got it diagnosed and fixed (parts had to be ordered) under warranty in a little over 1 day. Shay and the service team did a great job. Later Rob explained that most of these discounts “did not apply to us”. He spoke to the manager and we received the discount. Once the paperwork was signed we received the keys to our new truck. Although our truck appeared to be rinsed off, the outside was not clean. When I drove out onto the highway, I could not see through the windshield. Between the glare of the sun and the dirty windshield, it was impossible to see clearly. I stopped and used the wipers to rinse of “some” of the dirt. We are happy with our new truck. Impressed with the Uconnect service. Rob explained the Uconnect app. and the new features on the 2019 version. Overall our experience was not bad and their service department is excellent. We had some additional equipment installed on our new truck. The service staff were very nice and the waiting room is excellent as well. We are very happy with our new truck. They do need to clean up their internet site to make sure their customers are aware that the Davis discount does not apply to everyone. More
