They lied told me the key fob didn’t take a battery. And with my brain injury I didn’t know because cars are always changing. Then they charged me 300.00 for the key and program then the fob didn’t work th with my brain injury I didn’t know because cars are always changing. Then they charged me 300.00 for the key and program then the fob didn’t work they told me it was my doors. Turned out from another dodge dealership that Davis’s people lie a lot. It was not my doors, it was not the old key fob (which took a battery) it was the module for the keys. So please don’t use this company they lie and just want to screw you out of money for Unnecessary repairs and then act like you have no reason to get upset. Liars!!!! More

I’m not one to leave bad reviews. But driving from New Jersey to Florida in the company truck our DEF pump went out. I pulled in the parking lot at 9:20 just as they were moving the truck from the spot that I parked it the night before. I walked over to chick fil a to have breakfast. Then I walked back over. At 10:30 I watched the service technician close the hood and park the truck. That is 1 hour and 10 minutes. Somehow we got charged for 2 hours of labor for a whopping $318 bucks! I think that’s ridiculous. I don’t think they realized I was watching. More
