Pretty standard dealership service experience. The downside is that it always feels half-way done. Had tires rotated but always have to ask for it. Most places, this is a standard routine maintenance item. Had to fill up my wiper fluid myself too. Just feels like they do the bare minimum. The tires were all flashing low too when I got home. Also, the amenities in the waiting lounge are pretty basic. Jeep pitches itself as an upscale-offroad brand but the dealerships in the North Florida area are pretty bare ones and basic. As for service, they're overall bare ones and basic and just don't meet the expected standard. More
