I had to have a safety recall done on my truck. I called another dealership that was closer to me, but I was told that they don't do that kind of work on the weekends? Davis got me in first thing Saturday morning, in and out! I've dealt with the Davis dealership before buying a vehicle, service. I have always had the best experience with them, Sales and Service! Pretty disappointed. We are new jeep owners and looked forward to the customer experience as the sales process had been excellent. The service department let us down.
