Extremely prompt and easy to work with - I responded to an internet ad for a used Silverado. Not a typical customer for this vehicle but Craig showed me the truck and I knew it was perfect for hauling my horses and we quickly stuck a deal contingent upon my boyfriend driving it and it passing my needs mechanically.
