Justin Isham is deceitful and dishonest Service Drive Manager. Davis Chevrolet needs to reprimand Justin. I called Justin Isham and told him my engine light was on and I was coming out there. I specifically asked Justin are you going to be there and he said yes. I get to Davis Chevrolet and Justin Isham is no where to be found. I told Justin I am coming from Galveston County and I had a mini stroke so to drive that far was a strain on me. I ask Justin Isham why were you not there and Justin said he was there. Justin Isham lights in his office were shut off and I asked the services gentlemen where is Justin Isham and they stated that Justin Isham was gone for the day. This is the second time Justin Isham as lied to me. I will follow up with a formal complaint about this matter. Justin Isham is a disgrace!!! Could be deceptive dealer of the year. They advertised a truck and the picture was not the truck that was for sale. They showed pictures of the interior and again not the interior of the truck. The price advertised was not the price advertised. They add $1995 to all their vehicles. I bought the truck and drove it home and water was leaking immediately and they said the water pump was bad and I had to pay $682 to get it fixed. This was the same DAY! I tried to complain to the management and the salesman refused to give me an email for them. I finally got an email and I sent them a detailed email and as I expected no reply. There were so many other problems I can’t list them all. More

First and last time here. Dropped off my car on Friday morning and told them would just pick it up on sat first thing. Had to get a key reprogrammed and was told wouldn’t be ready till Monday. Show up on sat am and check in the service guy and he says the fob was here and needed to be programmed. He said would take 20m and I told him absolutely not. I’m in a rush. I go in to pay and wait for my car. Lo and behold the garage had already started whatever programming and ‘can’t be stopped once it’s started’. Was told would be 20m tops. 40m later the head of the garage tells me that whoops! Needs more software updating and will take yet another 15m. Even tho I told them I wanted to pick up the car and go on Saturday and esp after telling them to not do the fob bc I was in a rush and had an appt they still fcked me over. Missed my appt and too bad for me. Like I said, first and last time More
