How are you a certified service center for chevys, but not have a regular stock of parts such as brakes? I originally had an appointment for Monday, 10/25, and was assured by Neal. I told Neal I wanted to cheaper option for brakes (I believe he called them silver?), but he kept trying to upsell me to the OEM? brakes. I let him know the silver was fine. I went back in to wait for my brakes to be done, to later be approached to learn that they did not have the silver brakes in stock and I would have to come back the next day. Since I already had to take off from work for this service, I could not so made an appointment for Saturday, 10/30. Fast forward to today, Saturday. I began calling the dealership at 8:30am, as it was posted on their website that they opened at 8:00am on Saturdays. After multiple attempts over a 45-minute period, I could not get anyone on the phone from the service department, the phone would just ring. Despite this, I still showed up for my appointment and arrived at 9:25. I was greeted by someone and I asked if they did loaner vehicles, which is what I was calling about, and he said they did not. I let him know I had an appointment, and he thought it was for an oil change. I said it was for brakes and he started asking of details about what kind (which I didn’t remember at the time, I know nothing about cars). Apparently their computer system was down, so they were all just clueless and unhelpful. I told him that Neal helped me before, so he got him instead. I let Neal know again that I wanted to cheapest brakes, that he said he ordered during my last visit, but of course he again attempted to upsell me. Neal said he’d have to go check to see if they had them (which they should because he told me he would order them and allowed me to make an appointment to visit again). Neal left and came back and said he had no way of knowing if they had the brakes I requested since the computers weren’t working. My time had been wasted by driving there again just to not receive service, which could have been avoided if they had just answered the phone when I called. The only thing Neal could offer me was a $10 customer appreciation card. What am I going to do with $10 for a $244 service that I can’t receive, which is already pricey for a quick brake job. Why would I even want to return if I’ve come twice and didn’t get my car serviced? How are you a certified service center for GM and only offer 1 option? I’ve had my car for years and have never had an issue like this before. The icing on the cake was receiving a text that I missed my appointment a few hours after I left. More

So here we go on my terrible experience to Davis Chevrolet! So I am looking to buy a used 2018 Dodge 2500 pickup for them and going to trade in an 2016 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport with a KBB Good Trade v Chevrolet! So I am looking to buy a used 2018 Dodge 2500 pickup for them and going to trade in an 2016 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport with a KBB Good Trade value of $19,300 to $23,300. So these xxxxxxxxx look into my credit and see that I have a vehicle loan for $10,500 assumed that it is for the car which it is not, so they plug this number into the workup for the truck as what I owe. Then offer me $15,000 for my car & when I asked why so low they tell me that I am making (mind you) $5,000 on my trade. When I asked where they got the $10,500 all they would say is that is what you owe on the car. At this point needless to say I am very upset and ask for the keys to my car. Then they come back with a $19,000 offer on my car which just pissed me off more and had to ask for the keys to my car 6 or 7 more times and get very vocal before they gave them to me. More
I visited this dealership last month and purchased a 2014 Ford Flex. I think the the experience with this dealership was great because of the great salesperson Adam Harkins...this salesman does not pressure Ford Flex. Justin Isham is deceitful and dishonest Service Drive Manager. Davis Chevrolet needs to reprimand Justin. I called Justin Isham and told him my engine light was on and I was coming out there. I specifically asked Justin are you going to be there and he said yes. I get to Davis Chevrolet and Justin Isham is no where to be found. I told Justin I am coming from Galveston County and I had a mini stroke so to drive that far was a strain on me. I ask Justin Isham why were you not there and Justin said he was there. Justin Isham lights in his office were shut off and I asked the services gentlemen where is Justin Isham and they stated that Justin Isham was gone for the day. This is the second time Justin Isham as lied to me. I will follow up with a formal complaint about this matter. Justin Isham is a disgrace!!! Justin Isham needs a refresher course in customer service. More
