Dealership sold truck with 2 new tires and 2 BAD tires that I have to replace!! They should of been replaced also!! This to me is BAD business. I did buy the vehicle because I did drive 190 miles just t that I have to replace!! They should of been replaced also!! This to me is BAD business. I did buy the vehicle because I did drive 190 miles just to purchase. Because they refused to replace the other 2 tires, this is one of the reasons I would not purchase or refer anybody else. Was at the dealership 5 1/2 hours, way to long to buy a vehicle. This was a BAD experience!! More

Buyer Beware! ! We purchased a vehicle from Davis Chevrolet that had around 890 miles on it. My husband purchased this car because he has owned two previous models ! We purchased a vehicle from Davis Chevrolet that had around 890 miles on it. My husband purchased this car because he has owned two previous models and it was being discontinued. Davis Chevrolet advertised this vehicle online (Car Guru) as no accidents, no issues reported (we would never consider a wrecked car). At the dealer the paperwork shown stated that it had never been in a wreck, and the car still had a warranty from the manufacturer. This car was supposed to be for our retirement, and we had no problems until the car was in a wreck (not our fault). After the car was repaired, I noticed a passenger airbag light on that I had never seen before. I questioned this and was told it meant the airbag was working-I insisted they were wrong as the light has never been on. No, I was wrong. We found out the car had been in a major wreck in Torrance California when it was fairly new, and that Davis had purchased the car at auction and sold it to us knowing it had been in an accident. Unknown to us the airbag had not worked on the passenger side of the car since we had purchased it. The manager at the large repair shop where our car was repaired said he had seen this before and not to be fooled; Davis Chevrolet knew the car had been in a wreck when they sold it to us as they always inspect cars before purchase. He had worked many years for a dealer, and he told us to inspect the trunk/spare tire area of our car. We looked and OMG it was terrible-my husband was upset and embarrassed that he had been deceived. Before purchasing the car (and driving many miles to Davis Chevrolet) he had called to confirm the low mileage and that the car had never been in an accident; also, he had been shown a Carfax report and it was clean. Again, I do not believe for one minute that Davis Chevrolet didn’t know this car had been in a wreck. Davis Chevrolet shame on you! I am sure Davis Chevrolet will write a reply that states they don’t know who we are so let me give you a hint Dishonest Davis. Months after we paid cash and purchased our “wrecked car” from you there was a knock at our front door. It was a court process server-within a week of purchasing our car it seems Davis Chevrolet sold our old traded in vehicle at auction (at least that is what we were told by Davis Chevrolet) and it appears another person/dealer wrecked our traded in vehicle and now the injured party was SUING US! Why? Because my husband’s name was still on the title. Why is his name still on the title? You told my husband that they don’t like to change the name on the title because it looks like there have been too many owners. Months go by and there is another knock at our door, we are being served by the court again! They are still trying to sue us for the car we traded in at Davis Chevrolet. We still know don’t know what is going to happen-we just hope we do not have to hire an attorney. In closing due to the previous wreck (before we purchased the car from Davis Chevrolet) the other party’s insurance company states our car is not eligible to be devalued. We will not be compensated because of this-thanks Davis Chevrolet. I struggled while deciding if I should write this review, but shame on me if I do not warn others. I worked in an ER for many years, and I know that airbags save lives, and I am grateful I was not killed or injured in our wreck. There are always two sides to a story, and I have tried to remain objective while writing this review. Please think twice before you use this dealer, just stay away. This is an honest review and I hope it helps someone else. More

This is Gary Curtis I took my truck to David Chevrolet 3 times to get serviced and they told me everything was okay, however I kept knowing hesitation when I cranked my truck up it and shut off and I had to times to get serviced and they told me everything was okay, however I kept knowing hesitation when I cranked my truck up it and shut off and I had to get it towed to the dealership. When I talk to the head manager over the department he told me that they had the part, the assistant under him told me they didn’t have the part and they would have to order it the assistant also told the manager that they didn’t have the part right I front of me. The manager just flat out lied to me and I’m still waiting on the part to come in he could have just told me the truth in the first place now I feel I can’t trust them, I send plenty of business to David Chevrolet I shouldn’t be treated like this, More

Being a single mom could be difficult at times specially going to take you vehicle for service lots of people will take advantage of that ( being a girl) and not having to much knowledge on cars. Long story short Neal is the best. More
Simple:-They do not answer the phone -Their computer Simple: -They do not answer the phone -Their computer system is unreliable -They do not listen to their customer -They do not properly rectify t Simple: -They do not answer the phone -Their computer system is unreliable -They do not listen to their customer -They do not properly rectify their mistakes -Lack of organization -May leave without service being performed -Does not keep basic parts in stock -xxxx poor systems (checkin, appointments, protocol/procedures) Worst Chevy dealer I’ve been to for service, EVER. How are you a certified service center for chevys, but not have a regular stock of parts such as brakes? I originally had an appointment for Monday, 10/25, and was assured by Neal. I told Neal I wanted to cheaper option for brakes (I believe he called them silver?), but he kept trying to upsell me to the OEM? brakes. I let him know the silver was fine. I went back in to wait for my brakes to be done, to later be approached to learn that they did not have the silver brakes in stock and I would have to come back the next day. Since I already had to take off from work for this service, I could not so made an appointment for Saturday, 10/30. Fast forward to today, Saturday. I began calling the dealership at 8:30am, as it was posted on their website that they opened at 8:00am on Saturdays. After multiple attempts over a 45-minute period, I could not get anyone on the phone from the service department, the phone would just ring. Despite this, I still showed up for my appointment and arrived at 9:25. I was greeted by someone and I asked if they did loaner vehicles, which is what I was calling about, and he said they did not. I let him know I had an appointment, and he thought it was for an oil change. I said it was for brakes and he started asking of details about what kind (which I didn’t remember at the time, I know nothing about cars). Apparently their computer system was down, so they were all just clueless and unhelpful. I told him that Neal helped me before, so he got him instead. I let Neal know again that I wanted to cheapest brakes, that he said he ordered during my last visit, but of course he again attempted to upsell me. Neal said he’d have to go check to see if they had them (which they should because he told me he would order them and allowed me to make an appointment to visit again). Neal left and came back and said he had no way of knowing if they had the brakes I requested since the computers weren’t working. My time had been wasted by driving there again just to not receive service, which could have been avoided if they had just answered the phone when I called. The only thing Neal could offer me was a $10 customer appreciation card. What am I going to do with $10 for a $244 service that I can’t receive, which is already pricey for a quick brake job. Why would I even want to return if I’ve come twice and didn’t get my car serviced? How are you a certified service center for GM and only offer 1 option? I’ve had my car for years and have never had an issue like this before. The icing on the cake was receiving a text that I missed my appointment a few hours after I left. More
