Purchasing my Acura went smoothly and easily. I was not pressured which I appreciated. The service department has always been easy to work with. The service writers, especially Bob Diaz have taken grea pressured which I appreciated. The service department has always been easy to work with. The service writers, especially Bob Diaz have taken great care of me including loaning me a car when necessary, making sure my work is completed and are friendly. My only complaint is sometimes the mechanics working on my car don't put air in my tires, or as happened yesterday, I had uneven air all around. I had requested air and I even had one tire valve repair. It was pouring rain so I didn't go back into the shop. More

I was very excited about the free PA state inspection part of the “luxury for life” guarantee until I learned that the savings from the free inspection were completely nullified by the $80 emissions test part of the “luxury for life” guarantee until I learned that the savings from the free inspection were completely nullified by the $80 emissions test that comes with it. In my experience a PA inspection and emissions test usually cost $80 combined, so I feel pretty ripped off by this “deal.” It’s obvious they just increase the emission test price to make up for the “free” inspection. More
